The rooms are spacious. 1. The staff cannot communicate in English at all, and you have a tough time explaining anything to these folk. 2. The rooms are not cleaned by the staff. 3. No basics like toilet roll or towel provided. |

It is actually not a hotel, it is a short term apartment rent. Furniture is very basic, no trace of luxury, no food or even water available (but you can have delivered from shops around). If you are looking to the budget first, it is a sufficiently clean place to stay... |

The staff, especially Adam, who does not speak a lot of English went out of his way to help me in any way he could. Not easy to find, not near anything, no food available. |

nothing terrible place no telephone in rooms no food service available anywhere close to the hotel, no towels or bedsheets, very poor location . no hotel reception or staff at anytime very dissapointing |

firstly, the information provided that the hotel is 15 mins drive from the airport is wrong, its atleast 30 mins away from the airport and it has no facilities around it. its actually located in a village and its very very difficult to commute to kuwait city, if u are on a business trip. |

This isn't the Red Tower!!! Somebody drove me to the correct building! If I didn't live in Kuwait, I would be terrified! Once there I was offered a horrible room for the price. It was clearly a basement! Then I was offered a better room - as if I wouldn't take it! This was a SCAM. Heating didn't work. Only food offered was crisps and Coke. Insufficient bedding available. I was too cold. |
