I am an American female who traveled alone in March 2013. I felt safe and comfortable while staying in the Red Tower for 1 week. The harris Adam is so very helpful and nice. I had fresh bed linen and towels. The unit featured a shower (no tub), couch, dining table with two chairs, tv, wired internet, washer, dryer, refrigerator, king bed, nightstand, armoire, and microwave.

The only downfall was the water tank outside was loud sometimes loud when trying to sleep but other than that no problems.

Location, concierge, furniture, bathroom kitchen, missing light bulbs, no hangers in the closet, no towels, no cleaning, dryer not working, no batteries in the remote controls, one morning there was no running water and I had to wait two hours and was late for work. I requested things to be rectified - no action taken - I stopped asking. I was happy to leave.

The Hotel, is losing its old glory, although I have not been there before, but there was no pool or gym as specified in the booking. The house keeper does not speak English so it was difficult communicating with him. The house cleaners never came to my room all the time we where there and the equipment or amenities in the flat are old.

Electric appliances provided in room could not be connected because the receptacles were of different type Reception area very bad and smoke filled Bed was much smaller than the bed frame There was a huge tv in bed room with no connection at all Entrance very shabby

Nothing over priced and filthy

everything, everything is wrong no cooking utensils, no internet, no duvet covers, no staff or service, no cleaning till you leave, gym equipment not useable neither is the pool, a truly terrible place

Stor lejlighed,1 værelse-1stort soveværelse-godt toilet m/ badekar.Køle/frys-vasksøjle-Komfur og mikroovn. Sattelit Tv i stue og soveværelse.Masser af små kiosker og takeavay i nærheden.

الصراحه سئ بمعنى الكلمه وصادفني شي غريب ان العماره الي معروض صورها ليست العماره نفسهى بل عماره اخرى

سئ المنظر وكريه الرائحه ولا يوجد بها مواقف للسيارات لا انصح اي احد بهذي العماره

حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل عليك يامن وضعت صور كاذبة ، كل مايوجد من صور غير حقيقية وقد تم سرقتي من خلال الموقع بالسماح لهؤلاء اللصوص باستغلال السائح فهو عبارة عن عمارة شقق اجار سنوي للعمالة وقد انصدمنا جميعا بذلك والشقة قذره بكل ماتعنيه الكلمة والصور لاتمثل الحقيقة ابدا وتم إجباري على الدفع والمكان لا يستحق الجلوس به دقيقة واحده والقائم عليه شخص مصري غير متفاهم وهمه الأول استغلال السائح ، نصيحتي للجميع بعدم السكن به وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل عليك ياصاحب الخرابه

First of all I needed a place to stay at a spare of the moment. I should have looked at the place before moving in. That was my 1st mistake. I only needed to stay for a few days therefore I stayed but it was the worst mistake. I've been in q8 for 5 yrs and I remember a friend staying in the building. At that time I was impressed and it was very nice. Now it looks like a shit hole.... Not sure if it was because of the construction in Mahboula but the power was out all the time or I didn't have air for the 6 days I occupied the apt. There was a time when the power was out only in our building. With that said I had to go down stairs that were infested with cats, mice, trash, old furniture, mattress stacked to the ceiling and a horrible smell.The harris was lazy as hell and never answered his phone. Don't be impressed by the pictures online. The gym is not a real gym. It's not worth 200kd or 150 kd. Only people who are comfortable with staying in low income housing would appreicate staying here. Or maybe a man but this is not for an American female. Take your risk. This place sucks!

Power was always out during the hottest parts of the day Harris was lazy or never answered phone Building was filthy Stairs were not completely finish Cats, mice, old furniture, trash stacked in stairwell Gym is not a real gym and it's filthy The floors in the gym are not finished either The price is too much for the upkeep of the building Not enough dishes Apt wasn't cleaned before I moved in...

The apartment staff very lousy. The apartment itself was very dirty and it was not worth of money (2 nights @ kwd25.00 = kwd50.00). I have checked the rate for the same day I stayed was kwd12.50 Per night and I believe you have overcharged me.

I would like refund of kwd25.00 At least for conitnuation of business and cooperation; otherwise I will not use your organization in the future and will not recommend to my other friends and colleagues
