I stay only one day but I fill every thing is good
Comfort room, free wifi, very clean bathroom, friendly staff
Everything. The Ambience, location, clean, charming, athan voice, lobby fragrance, great, helpful, professional staff, they have private own access to beach
it was a great place i will come again evry thing was perfect
the space for the room its litle bit small my room was a delux room
Breakfast was superb (don't miss the exotic teas collection). Gorgeous lobby, with delightful fragrances and incense. Sun-blocking curtains. Comfortable beds.
Main thing I hated is the hotel's obsession with preventing you from bringing outside food. Not only do they tell you upfront, you actually have to sign a paper promising you won't do it! Gave me a bad impression right away. Also putting guards/doormen with an airport-style metal detector at the entrance feels uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Clean and in a good location
handling the booking
The great smell once you step in the lobby. the view of the room
thy moust gave time for chek out same other 5 star hotel until 3or 2pm
The place is worth visiting due to its location and architecture but is expensive with regard to its provided facilites.
The rate with respect to the facilities
1- you will feel Racism. only shia are welcome. Even the TV channel are shia too!! 2-it doesn't worth its money
I advise this luxury hotel to stay in Kuwait. The perfect facilities worth the money..
All facilities at the hotel is excellent including the breakfast and the hotel staff.
the room that we stayed at was not as per our expectation. the bed has several marks of wrong cleaning process. also the bathroom is very old, poor lighting and no lights for the main mirror. the worse thing was the room lighting control. it was difficult to handle. i tried everything to understand how it works. in conclusion i will not visit this hotel again.
Hi. My name is Aasem. I'm writing this review right after I checked out from the wonderful hotel The Regency Kuwait. Here is my story in brief, I had a reservation for 3 nights which was made a month ago. Before I have arrived to check in I got an email saying that my reservation has been modified and postponed one day. The receptionist told my that the hotel was fully booked suddenly to the ministry of defense. I really got annoyed and contacted the duty manager Mr. Ahmad Elshgeirat who was so helpful and fixed the issue right away by taking me to another 5 star hotel for one night and offer some other surprises during the next two nights that satisfied me and made my stay there unforgettable. All in all, no hotel has no accidents or problems especially if they are out of their hands, however great hotels are good in solving them. The Regency Kuwait is undoubtedly one of the top.
Breakfast was great, place is shining everywhere
TV channels were limited
The stupid policy of not allowing ladies to book by themselves and the conditions paper you should sign as if you're in jail!
Location, lobby stuff food and dinning, available transportation all in all it was agood experience
Small rooms and bathrooms
Location, facility, staff and restaurant. Loved everything
I like the room it was big enugh for me and my baby to walk I like the idea of separate swimming pools I breakfast was nice
They are not putting new coffe capsules in the room after we used ours The stuff in the liuan area they not giving us attention as we sit we were witting long time to get served
Private beach for ladies
We loved the lobby and the guest relations personnel.
Most staffs not trained to welcome guests nor do they know how to smile. Rooms are too small. Items only get refilled upon request. Coffee machine only available upon request. Our balcony was never cleaned for the 6 days we were there. Dirty fruit plates were left uncleared until we mentioned it. Free wifi never worked properly. Food and beverages over priced. And the list goes on!
Respect Islamic roll in swimming pool also we can hearing Athan through out the Hotel.
The restaurants and barpool was expensive.
