Staff was wonderful in helping schedule activities, and restaurants. Restaurant and beach staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylish. Nothing.

Great Location, Beach Great and not at all crowded, Great Service, Rossana is Sweet and Great Person who know the best attactions on Island and always there to help make stay great Construction on condo building next door woke me each morning at around 7am.

Staff Shawn and Kenny were very pleasant and hard working. Place was immaculate. Very expensive. Taxes and fees kill you.

Location We paid for an ocean view, the view from the bedroom was a crane, the opposite side was fine. I would have expected a room w/ no construction noise/views. We were offered an alternate room that was worse ( outdated with no view). The hotel did not even offer a reduction in price.

The location is excellent. In the middle of 7 mile beach and walking distance to a number of restaurants. There is a Red Sail branch on- site so diving, sailing, waverunners, etc. can all be done right from the hotel, which is very convenient. The swimming pool is small but was perfect for our family with a deeper area and two shallower areas. The swim up bar is convenient and fun, and the food is good. Breakfast in the mornings at Hemingway's was great. Free coffee in the lobby was nice. Service was excellent all around. We plan to stay at Cayman Beach Suites for our future Cayman visits. It was a perfect fit for our family. The only negative is the construction next door. They start promptly at 7:00 A.M. even on the Saturday and Sunday we were there. We asked to be moved to a room away from the construction and the hotel graciously upgraded us to a room with a balcony that was away from the construction. From there we did not hear the construction at all. I would recommend paying extra for a room with a balcony because the views are excellent, and it's nice extra space to sit and relax, watch the sunset, etc.
