We were give. A room that stank of mildew and mold. We were then transferred to a room without Internet signal. The staff continued to insist the Internet was working. With two days left on the trip we were offered another room.

I missed my flight due to the airlines (not due to my mistake) and I arrived one day late since I had pre-paid for my stay the hotel wouldn't give me a refund or extend my stay. I was disapointed as typically hotels are much more accomodating and understanding in such situations. I won't ever pre-pay for any hotel again. I was also disapointed in booking.com as I have exclusively used them for my hotel reservations but I will think twice before I do that again.

Pleasant and comfy, but uninspired

Terrible for smokers, forbidden to smoke in the room's balcony!!! Coffee is weak and black waterish, the machine is unable to deliver a proper expresso

Just a great friendly place and nothing was a problem if you required any thing

The attitude of every Marriott person we encountered was very pleasant and supportive. And that was before they found out my wife and I were on our honeymoon. Then, they went to even greater lengths to make us feel special and taken care of. This resulted in our having an absolutely fabulous conclusion to our honeymoon! Tysvm! Additionally, getting to meet and interact with Echo, the parrot, and his caretakers was the cherry on top. What an awesome way to add to your guests' experience of staying with you. We thoroughly enjoyed the quality and select of food at both Solera and The Red Parrot. It was superior to many of the places we tried elsewhere on the island. It was top notch!

A little on the expensive side but worth your money. Good location, excellent service and amenities.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, zu wenig Licht im Bad

Muy buena la atención en recepción, especialmente un empleado Argentino llamado Nicolás, buenísimo su dedicación y su atención personalizada. Felicitaciones!

Que no incluya con el precio elevado que se paga un desayuno.

Bonne bouffe, et emplacement

Très dispendieux pour ce qui est offert. ILs n'ont pas de lits queen. Erreur de booking.com. Récifs artificiels et plage très petite. On est vite les uns sur les autres. Il faut réserver sa chaise à 7h00 am , un peu décevant. Destination très coûteuse en soit.

La posizione

La spiaggia è piccolissima e strapina di lettini tutti attaccati; L'aria condizionata in camera faceva un rumore tremendo e se spegnevamo sentivamo comunque il rumore di quella nelle stanze vicine; il mangiare era pessimo!

Die großen Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Es war kein Strand da!! Seit einem vor Monaten durchgezogener Sturm über die Insel wurde der Strand komplett überspült und abgetragen. Deswegen hat sich alles im Poolbereich bewegt. Es waren genügend Liegen vorhanden, aber auch nur, weil das Hotel zu einem Drittel ausgebucht war. Viele Leute haben sich berechtigt beschwert, da das Hotel immer noch als Beach-Hotel beworben wird. Preisnachlässe oder Ähnliches als kleiner Ausgleich wurden nicht gegeben. Die Bilder auf der Webseite des Hotels müssen Jahre alt sein.

Camere discrete,quelle con vista mare (come la mia) più care di altre,hanno ad esempio il bagno più piccolo la spiaggia è praticamente inesistente e non è assolutamente quelle messa nelle foto....giudizio negativo!!!

La camera spaziosa e il farro che la reception abbia accolto la mia richiesta per un piano alto

L'hotel non ha spiaggia e le foto pubblicate risalgono a 6 anni fa, prima che passasse l'uragano IVAN. Ho fatto delle foto e ho intenzione dichiedre un rimborso per il mancato servizio. Alle Cayman vai per il mare, non per la piscina.

Location

We had problem from the start. We reserved an ocean front room. They gave us one on the ground floor by the pool; we told them we want our privacy and don't like by the pool on the ground floor. After 20 minutes arguing with them finally they downgraded us and gave us a semi-ocean front on the 5th floor. At nights we could hear some noise either from generator or air condition units. Overall this was not the room we were expecting.

pool was too small. No swim up bar. Rooms dated.

Noise-proof rooms and nice treats for guests all day long, starting with iced water on the beach Food is generally good

The gym is too small Breakfast should be better organised The dive center should be less expensive for guests of the hotel

Lo staff dei due bar è molto cordiale e gentile.

Sono un cliente platinum e lo staff alla reception non ha neanche controllato.
