Almost nothing. The hotel claims to be rated as 4* hotel. However, I was first sent to the room which was dirty. Then, during 1 evening, there were 6 interruptions of electricity. The breakfast is terrible: no choice of dishes and poor service. Location is remote from the main roads (1km up in the mountain), so you either walk or take a taxi. The taxi will charge you extremely expensive rate for a 10-minute ride. During the check-out I had to run back and forth from one building to another because hotel staff did not have a change and did not prepare the bill.

Работа персонала по уборке номеров. Хорошие пейзажи. Не самое удачное местоположение (сложно уехать своим ходом). Внутреннее состояние здания.

Хорошее оформление бара и холлов, расположен в предгорье, чистый воздух способствует прогулкам. Необходимо лично подтвердить бронирование в отеле, иначе нет гарантии заселения. Из отеля до города можно добраться только на такси. Персонал очень медленно работает. В баре ждал завтрак 30 минут!

(1) бассейн работает только с 08:00 до 22:00 (времени Алматы), как до встречи посетить бассейн не представляется возможным (2) обслуживающий персонал в треко и сланцах - это что-то, а особенно вечером когда они собираются вместе и "громко" говорят возле бассейна - это что-то (3) прайс на еду на 30% больше средней стоимости аналогичной еды в городе. (4) персонал боулинга грубый и ничего не разъясняет. На вопрос "свободную дорожку можно взять на один час, отвечают грубо нет и для вас не будет". (5) при регистрации через booking.com в гостинице сделали большие глаза и сказали, что бронь в среднем приходит через два-три дня к ним. Поэтому рекомендую проверять свою бронь по телефону. Задаюсь вопросом к владельцам комплекса "Возможно все мои проблемы в том, что забыл одеть золотые часы и брал не люкс номер?"

отель похож на санаторий - очень красивая природа, тишина, большая территория. номер чистый, просторный, персонал вежливый. неудачное расположение относительно города - до города можно добраться только на такси. пешком идти - далеко и страшно, т.к. идти приходится по дороге, вокруг - лес, коттеджи, отели с огороженной территорией

Отличное предложение по критерию цена/качество. Чистый воздух, возможность сочетать работу в городе с отдыхом в загородном отеле. Вежливый персонал. 20-30 минут на такси до центра Алматы. Практически нет выбора на завтраке, сам завтрак очень скромный. На всей территории отеля иногда не работает интернет, в номерах старая мебель, мало электрических розеток и нет письменного стола для работы.

Nice location, fresh mountain air, yet close to the city centre. Room service meals were nice. Nothing is said about the fact that there are actually 2 buildings at the hotel's territory: old and new. The cheapest room we've booked were in the old building. There's not a single good thing to say about this facility: everything is old or broken, or both. Stayed one night, then moved to the new building. Much better rooms: spacious, with new furniture. Still lots of things are not up to the standards. Service is basically non-existent. Breakfast is beyond bad. Staff is slow and not very friendly. Such a shame, it could've been excellent facility if somebody (owners for instance!) cared enough.

тесные номера, ванная комната наихудшая, двойные кровати разъезжаются, бар не укомплектован, телевизор прошлого века с плохим качеством изображения, интернета нет, на полу даже элементарного коврика нет, стоянки для такси нет

obsługa dramatyczna, wyposażenie nędzne, podarta pościel, brudne zasłony, brak ciepłej wody rano, zimno, dopiero samemu trzeba było włączyć grzejnik elektryczny a cena kosmiczna. Niby 4 gwiazdki a tak naprawdę to max 2.
