гостиница как гостиница, как и все гостинице в астане цены заряжены, сказать особо нечего... завтрак не шведский стол. все обслуживание в ресторане ооочень медленно...

комфортные номера с кондиционером 1. на сайте отеля написано, что отель в 5-ти минутах ходьбы от президентского парка, на самом деле - 30 минут прогулочным шагом 2. На ресепшене нет карт города для гостей, на единственной с трудом найденной карте девушка с ресепшена не смогла показать, где расположен отель, не говоря уже об основных достопримечательностях, транспорте и т.д. 3. Отель не принимает для оплаты кредитные карты 4. Был отъезд на 4 утра - попросили сделать кофе, который входил в стоимость, официант сказал: "Так еще рано для завтрака", хотя ему 3 раза напоминали. Т.е. кофе мы так и не получили, не говоря уже о полноценнм завтраке.

Для нас было удобное месторасположение к деловой поездке. Но если Ваш партнер находится в городе, то транспортное сообщение не удобно. Понравилась чистота в отеле, приветливый персонал. Не удалось вечером после 22 часов поужинать в ресторане. Кроме десерта и чая ничего не было. Буфета тоже нет.
