I stayed on the 8th floor (top floor), with a room facing the Opera House and the mountains - great view! The room was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was adequate, though not memorable. Quiet location, off the main thoroughfare. Staff were friendly. The toilet / shower room was quite cramped. Fairly expensive for a 3-star hotel, but you pay for the location.

Хотелът е с идеална локация в града. Идеална панорама към планината от стаите. Много любезен персонал. Нека имат предвид в ресторанта, че хотела се посещава и от чужденци, закуската в ресторанта не е подходяща за европейци!!!

Номера хорошие, полу люкс просто огромен, единственное что огорчило сломанный душ и не очень вкусные завтраки - но это скорее придирки.

Расположение в самом центре города. Очень соответствовало целям поездки. Номер убирают после двух напоминаний. Румсервис практически отсутствует.

De ligging van het hotel is geweldig, in het centrum,nabij metrostation, verschillende restaurants, en als je een kamer aan de voorkant hebt heb je direct uitzicht op de opera en de indrukwekkende besneeuwde bergtoppen van de Himalaya (okay, voorlopers..). Vraag naar een kamer met uitzicht op het gebergte !! Wijze van afrekenen is buitengewoon klantvriendelijk, ik logeerde van ca. 01.00U tot 2 dagen later 01.00u, heb dus feitelijk 3 nachten doorgebracht maar hoefde maar voor 2 te betalen ! De prijs voor een biertje en wil je een eitje bij het ontbijtje moet daar apart voor worden betaald.

В Гостинице Алма-Ата очень приветливый персонал, уборка номера каждый день, вода горячая 24 часа в сутки и самое главное очень тепло и чисто. Номер с балконом и панорамными окнами. Прекрасный вид на горы. Еще хочу отметить в отеле хорошие завтраки в ресторане Ассорти, я не пожалел что тут остановился.

Очень понравился данный отель, все очень на хорошем уровне. Хороший завтрак, бесплатный интернет WiFi. Я остался довольным данным отелем и готов бронировать здесь все время.

La posizione e la pulizia Personale parla male o per niente inglese, alcuni erano sgarbati, a colazione servono spaghetti, riso, zuppe, formaggi all'aglio e fagottini alla cipolla

Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt, hilfsbereites Personal, W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei sehr kleine Fahrstühle, Zimmer und Bad relativ klein, Frühstück stark verbesserungswürdig (Nachfüllzeiten am Buffet teilweise 15 min)
