It worked out ok for my wife and I for the 3 days we stayed there. The hotel staff tried to help in whatever ways they could but it was difficult with the language barrier. It was fine for a day or two but if you are a tourist and trying to see Almaty it's could be a challenge. It is in a remote location where you need a taxi to get anywhere, we thought it was a resort/hotel which it is but it also is a retreat center and long stay medical facility. This was fine but it gives it a feeling of a nursing home. The food was ok but in a dinning center and once again felt like a cafeteria or nursing home, also because of the remote location there really isn't any other options for food besides what they offer.

Единственный плюс - приемлемого качества коньяк в минибаре стоимостью 1000 Tg ( 200 руб. ) за 0,5 л Все не понравилось. Хоть брал номер с люксом - все равно это сарай. Старая мебель, старые хлипкие двери, старая дешевая сантехника.
