Room did not have internet I could use, or that I could log on to. All instructions in the rooms are in Russian, the reception staff when I arrived does not speak english, but the restaurant staff does.
Very good restaurant, very comfortable room and bed, good value for money. Very close to the airport. Friendly staff. Would stay again. Recommended my wife stay.

Wifi was poor Some basics were missing- milk for drinks, jug to boil water, no plugs to plug in bedside lamp.
The staff. The surrounding. The restaurant. Easy access to transport.

Close to airport. Something a bit different in a city- log cabins by a lake. Helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

This is not a good hotel for business travellers, much better for special private events.
Nice location amongst many trees.

The swimming pool wasn't working until June. This was not advertised and was part of the reason I booked. Check with them before as the booking website didn't say. Booked breakfast for 7.30 to the room. They rang me at 7.50 to tell me that my breakfast was ready in restaurant. I had 5 minutes to eat it as i had a taxi for 8. Not great planning on their part.
Great location, friendly manager, chilled and relaxing. Perfect contrast to the hustle and bustle of Almaty but still only a 500tg cab ride away from city. Airport close too. Should be no more than 1000tg so don't let taxi deivers rip you off.

Although the website says that English is spoken here, the staff basically speak the official languages (Kazakh and Russian) only. They were most attentive to clients' needs and a bit of Russian here goes a long way. The towels were clean but need to be replaced (musky odour). The rest of the hotel services were as described on the website.
The proximity to the airport makes it ideal for early morning/late evening flights in and out of Almaty.airport.

No English-speaking staff. Only accept cash (no credit cards) No WiFi No idea how to get breakfast (it was 'included' Taxi to/from airport expensive (room KZT18,000, return taxi KZT9,000)
