It is better to get a sim card or international pack if you don't understand the local language. You also need to download the local taxi app as it is quite difficult to distinguish between a normal car and a taxi. Overall the people are helpful and Pavlodar has a very pleasant atmosphere. Was surprised at how big the city is.
Was surprised at how big the city is. I was expecting something much smaller. Interesting place to walk around. Lovely walks by the river. Had a good Korean meal in the Golden Dragon (or Flower, I forget). A little bit far from the center but worth the trip. Not authentic Korean but a good effort.
