“ I live in a small town in Kazakhstan and .in order to catch an International flight I have to travel to Almaty. Travel time from my city to Almaty is between 3 1/2 to 4 hours. I usually travel to Almaty the night before my flight and I always stay at Apple Hostel. The staff is friendly and courteous. They always arrange a taxi to the airport for me. ”

I very much appreciated the warm/cozy atmosphere (for a hostel), helpful and attentive staff, and great location. The value for the price is exceptional, and I could easily recommend the Apple Hostel to my friends (which I have already begun doing!) Keep up the great job! Nothing.

nice atmosphere. a good mix of international travellers. free washing machine which is not always the case. the staff were not that good at english. it wasn't really a problem but it could have added to the experience if they told us more about tips in the city etc. it was not too central and there were no signs outside(apparently they are not allowed to as it is a residential block

The place was super budget-friendly. As a traveler with several food allergies, the nice, clean kitchen was also a great plus. The bunks and linens were very clean. Not much privacy - lock on the shower room door didn't work, main door wasn't often locked. Staff didn't speak much English at all.

Nice friendly simple to stay for a short visit to Almaty. Everything was quite clean, and I felt the hostel was a good value for money. Location is quite convenient - either a couple of metro stops of a very short (and cheap) taxi ride to all attractions. I would stay here again.
