Very nice art nouveau design throughout. The staff was very accommodating. There was a good breakfast every morning and there also was free wifi. It is in a good neighborhood of Karaganda. My room was nice. It had a good in-room safe. It had plenty of room for suitcases and a wardrobe for hanging clothes and setting folded clothes. You must access the hotel through an alley, and the alley is very pot- holed. The views from my window were of a vacant lot that appears to have had a building demolished. My only complaint about the room was that water pressure in the lavatory was extremely week as was the tub faucet. I am not sure why the shower had very good pressure and the other fixtures had very low pressure.

Nice small hotel. Nice food a la carte. Standart room, no complains. Helpful staff! Very hot in rooms - but I was told that it's good as heating is a kind of problem in the city. Strange feeling about breaklfast - there a variety of food but hardly can find what to eat, very tasty pancakes, but only 1 day, Please cook it everyday!!!!

Отель отличный планирую всегда там останавливаться. Очень удобное расположение. Все супер, только WIFI немного нужно сделать скорость и уровень сигнала на 4 этаже системный администратор не доработал..

Отель расположен недалеко от центра города, но тем не менее в небольшой отдаленности от шума дороги. Отделка и дизайн отеля продуманы и с использованием нормального качества мебели и сантехники. Интернет доступен во всех номерах. У меня был довольно поздний обратный рейс и сотрудники отеля любезно без всякой доплаты разрешили остаться в номере до 18-00 (так как на данный номер у них не было брони). Но несмотря на некоторые недостатки - данный отель довольно не плохой, и смело могу его рекомендовать! В одноместном номере вообще нет платяного шкафа и что бы вам разместить свои вещи, вам надо либо повесить их на плечики (в наличии было 2 штуки в номере), либо на стойку для одежды. Завтрак не соответствует уровню отеля. Не смотря на то, что это шведский стол, качество, ассортимент и количество не очень. Так же не советую кушать в ресторане при отеле - дорого и совершенно не вкусно (хотя официанты очень внимательны и старательны).

フロントは英語が話せ、とても親切。ロビーやルームの家具や絵画がおしゃれ。バスタブがあり、清潔。朝食も- 美味しい。

Вежливый персонал, удобное расположение, возможность раннего завтрака. Как минус нет лифта, персонал доставляет вещи в номер. Сейчас ремонтируют крыло где бассейн. Бассейн не работал. Отель понравился! Удобно не дорого! Неплохие номера.
