wi fi dont work effectively, No hotel Staff knows English, Breakfast is horrible, House keeping staff did not turn up during my 7 day stay, No water was served in the room (even they dont understand the word water - I asked for water - they provided soda bottle that too for 200 tenge, bedding are in horrible shape, TV was giving RAINBOW colours, Sparking in Electricity plugs.

For its price, this hotel is very good, if you compare, for example, with Russian hotels. You get a private shower and wc, even slippers (never saw them in cheap hotels before).

There is a restaurant on the first floor, so if someone celebrates a wedding there, it can get a bit noisy, however, music ends around midnight. Wi-fi works, but isn't very stable, can stop working for some time.

Price is good :) Personal is polite. Breakfest is good

Location is good, staff is friendly and ready to help every time. Very good value for money. Breakfast is soviet stile, but quite all right

Soundproofing is low

Hotel does not accept credit card payment. Only local currency or USD. Some of receptionist does not speak English. If you need taxi, ask to reception at least 30 minutes before. It is not easy to find taxi this city.

The Personel is interesting just your money if want to enjoy there , they just asking do you wanna girl , thats it.

The rom is not cleaning if you not say nothing to reseption and aircondiation is not working normaly, some bath equipments are missed. you can find condom in your cabinet from excustomer.

I was offered prostitutes and could them at work through my bedroom wall. At no point was it explained beforehand that they wanted you to pay upfront at the beginning, paying at the end of each 24 hour period was bad enough. The wi-fi didn't work.

The staff were very nice and helped me out. It is one of the only hotels in Almaty that is reasonably priced. Great value for money. Reasonably comfortable

It was a bit far from the centre but it wasn't a problem getting where I wanted to go.

Keine Reinigung des Zimmers, röhren Fernseher, Frühstück ist ein Witz, Zimmer sind total verdreckt, Bezahlung geht nur in Bar. Es ist traurig, das booking sowas anbietet.

Schnelles WiFi-Netz! Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!! Das Zimmer war recht großräumig, die Dusche ein "Hightech-Spielzeug", freundliches Personal, ein schönes Restaurant, Frühstück gut, für einen Business-Kurzbesuch genau das Richtige!

Die Lage an einer auch nachts sehr befahrenen Strasse (Ohropax ist zu empfehlen).

При выезде из отеля через двое суток персонал сообщил что мои доллары которые я заплатил при вьезде, не приняли в банке. Мне предложили забрать купюры и дать взамен новые. На мой отказ и резонный ответ что я не запоминаю свои купюры и что деньги которые якобы не приняли в банке могут быть чьими угодно, сотрудники отеля с гордо поднятой головой сделали обиженное лицо, и мы расстались друзьями. Довольно курьезная ситуация.

осторожно, мошенничество! оказывается в алматы 2 отеля с названием астана.про первый - я сказать ничего не могу, но выглядит он прилично.... второй, тот в котором мне пришлось остановиться - помойка! более жуткой ночлежки еще не встречал. жуткие номера со сломаной и изцарапанной мебелью. невыносимая вонь в номерах. завтрак - просто издевательство. расположение более-менее, но под окнами шашлычная и постоянно дым и запах горелого мяса.

заранее забронировал 2 номера, позвонил перед отъездом уточнить о регистрации брони - подтвердили. А когда приехали то мест не оказалось и никто не предупредил. Предложили загородную гостиницу - переночевали и устроились на квартиру. потом 2 дня ждали документов об оплате. Хорошо, что командировка еще не закончилась. вот такие дела.

Тихая приятная обстановка! Доброжелательный персонал. Индивидуальный подход!

Horrible, je ne comprends comment vous pouvez repertorier un etablissement pareil dans votre web side.je vous recommande immediatement de le supprimer de vos bases de dinnees, et de plutot deconseiller vos clients d'y sejourner sous aucun pretext.

простыни и халаты, полотенца были чистыми

1)комнате было пыльно, там не пылесосят 2)ночью холодно, в середине октября гостиница не отапливается 3)запах сырости из ванной

Возможность заселения в 6 утра, бесплатный wi*fi, удобное расположение, более-менее сытный завтрак, неплохая душевая кабина в ванной, очень невысокая стоимость номера.

Маленький и дешевый отель, со всеми соответствующими минусами.
