눉it was not quiet, though I asked for a silent room. room was so dirty, that black hair were everywhere - I am pure blond now, so nobody can tell me it was my hair. reception ladies were nice, they all look poor and working a lot, but - if I want a taxi, they only call their own car, I f from airport I came and paid 2000 tenge, from the hotel to airport I payed 3000 tenge, and no possibility to call the taxi, even if I have conrete number. the moment I appear they asked to pay for all days in advance. I refused and told that in my booking email was written I can pay the time I want and if they have problems, they should write into booking.com that tourist must pay when arrive. they agreed, but every ay every new reception lady was asking me to pay. so second morning I cleaned table and radiators with a toilet paper and showed them how dirty it is; they became much more polite, and blamed all the cleaners. but is it my business? also the breakfast are ok, warm, but NO ANY of ANY vegetable, fruit or whatever. I have travelled a lot, I ma very modest person, I dont want to complain, but I hate dirty places, it makes me feel hotel hates tourists.
