Warning: Astana Hotel is not located at building what was intended like a hotel. At all. It had to be allegedly a concert room or something like this. So, all my objection can be referred to this basic but very significant fact. There is no lighting on the room, only one table lamp. No chair at the room. No basic info on the hotel and the town. No carpets inside or outside room, so you can hear any step in the corridor like beside your bed. Room is equipped by basic furniture and that is all. As the building is still under construction, you can meet some workers and they work pretty long, in my case till 11pm. Restaurant, the breakfast = pure disaster. Anyway, very good price what is balanced by lower comfort. So, do not forget for ear plugs and you can enjoy stay for very reasonable price.

I liked the fact that I could leave the hotel after 2 days, whereas I had booked for 2 weeks. What a relieve!

It's not even finished yet! And it's in the middle of nowhere. And stupidly it's called the Astana Hotel, while another hotel was already called like that. So when you order a taxi to get out of the the hotel it often doesn't arrive because - misunderstanding... - it then drives to the go to the other hotel to pick you up. And when try to get back to the hotel, taxi's either don't know where this "other" Astana hotel is, or they say they do and then get lost.

It took the taxi driver 40minutes to locate it.

The manager gave as a slightly reduced rate for one night and a free dinner .

The hotel was not ready for occupation. The first room we had had no fixtures in the room. Nothing that was advertised on booking.com was available at the hotel. The bed broke in the new room. We stayed there for four nights and the sparse breakfast was the same.

The hotel located in a quite and safe area, very suitable for jogging in the morning. The building especially the exterior is quite sophisticated by Astana and even European standards. There is a Concert and a Conference hall inside the building so I didn’t have to go outside to attend the conference where I gave a speech.

I could not find a taxi in front of hotel. However, reception was very helpful and calling taxi on the phone.

This is a brand new hotel with a good location in the new part of Astana city. Basically a walking distance to the Ministry House and Government Building. Good complimentary breakfast. BBC, Bloomberg and several other satellite channels in English.

Very nice English speaking personnel, especially at the reception. We spent our weekend in Astana for a shopping and Astana Hotel was a perfect choice in terms of location and price. Khan Shatyr and Keruen Shopping Mall are just 5-minute drive away. Baiterek and all other main monuments as well as museums are also very close.

Very good value for money you pay. I must say that Astana is very expensive city, especially the new part of it on the Left bank of Ishim river. Astana Hotel, however, is affordable solution. Short distance from Astana International Airport and stable wifi is a plus.

Недалека от аэропорта, 15 минут на автобусе №10 или № 12 за 60 тенге (вместо 3000 на такси) и 10 минут пешком от остановки. Вот и все плюсы.

Развод начался сразу, при оформлении запросили 18000 за сутки вместо 16500 kzt, указанных в заказе. После показанной распечатки бронирования извинились и оплату взяли по брони. О самом отеле писать нечего, он просто не соответствует названию.

Новая удобная мебель, очень чисто, дружественный персонал, обильный завтрак

Мало света в номерах - только при входе и ночник. Не хватает розеток возле кровати для зарядки телефона, хотя она нашлась отодвинув кровать. Сильных минусов нет, хотя выделить особо и не чем. Но за свои деньги предложение неплохое.

Снаружи отель производит хорошее впечатление...

...но внутри просто ужас. Экономили решительмо на всем. Все разваливается, хотя отель новый. Нет мини-бара, в ванной текут краны. Слышимость просто невероятная. Завтраки мизерные.

заказал трансфер аэропорт-отель аэропорт - созвонились, уточнили, встретили и проводили - всё вовремя. хорошая чистая постель, красивый внешний вид

не достроенный, не уютный, персонал не обученный, завтрак не предоставили хотя он включён - т.к. не пришёл повар., ресторан вечером есть, но он не работает. в общем остались голодными с вечера и утром не было завтрака. :-( калосальная слышимость из соседних номеров, так, что не возможно спать!!! плохо работает Wi-Fi, зачем-то включено куча точек, а не одна общая через репитеры.

我住的房间竟然没有灯，只有一只台灯。

Персонал вменяем, что приятно. Цена для АСтаны вполне себе приемлема. Просторный и чистый номер.

Звукоизоляцией не пахнет даже. Типичный казахский сервис. Ржавая вода, много недоделок в номере.
