Hotel has a good position in the city and restaurant offers good meal. I was in Astana during very low temperatures and in the hotel was cold. Restaurant was not possible to use for dinner so we ate it in lobby bar. To my room I had to request additional heating. It took ages to had warm water in the bathroom. Room was not well maintained.

Расположение отеля очень удачное недалеко от центра - вид на реку, в парке, размер номера комфортный, дизайн и отделка номера хороши, каша на завтрак вкусная, хорошая полоса wifi - смотрел фильмы в среднем качестве онлайн. стоимость ужина из 1 блюда (горячее + гарнир) в ресторане отеля 6500 тэнге (1300 руб или $43), завтрак каждый день один и тот-же, климат в номере - отопительные приборы отсутствуют, нагрев за счет кондиционера, который сильно шумит в холодное время года выключить невозможно, по телевизору идет один канал, на остальных картинка неподвижная.

almost nothing to say positive Very noisy. Staff doesn't know nay other languages except Kazakh and Russian. The breakfast is poor. Not very comfortable hotel.
