Чистый небольшой отель с аккуратными номерами. Заселиться можно в любое удобное время ровно на 24 часа. Кафе работает круглосуточно. Довольно-таки далеко от центра города. Отель представляет из себя 5-этажное здание, но в нем отсутствует лифт и носильщик багажа.

чисто, тихо в номере проживали 4 суток, в двоем. комплект личной гигиены был выложен только 1 при заезде и только на одного человека. при указании на это персоналу, нам выдали второй комплект. в номере было холодно(начало мая), кондиционер(для обогрева) не дали включить.

Чистота в номере на высшем уровне, отличное постельное белье, есть все душевые принадлежности, в отеле очень тихо (может просто больше не было гостей)

It was a quite beautiful hotel, with the necessary comforts. People working in the restaurant are very gentle and nice with guests. The receptionists are available enough, even if they're not used to receive foreigners, therefore they stare too much, as if we were aliens!!!! There is no lift!!! You have to insist if you want your room to be cleaned!!!

Price Cold water. Very low water flow. Bathroom smelled like smoke due to joint vent system. Bedding was dirty. Restaurant food was bad and overpriced.

Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä bussipysäkkiä, josta pääsi kätevästi ja edullisesti keskustaan. Saavuimme hotelliin aamulla ja siellä laskettiin hotellivuorokausi saapumishetkestä seuraavaan aamuun 24h päähän. Vaikka tämä ei vastaa kansainvälistä käytäntöä eikä ennakkotietoa varauksesta, perheellemme se oli toimiva ja kannattava järjestely. Meidän ei tarvinnut maksaa ylimääräistä maksua ja pääsimme lepäämään matkan jälkeen saman tien. Pienten lasten kanssa matkaaville tämä oli hyvä etu. Hotellissa pärjäsi hyvin venäjän kielellä. Joistakin lukemistani kommenteista poiketen hotellissa tarjottiin aamupala - vaatimaton, mutta mielestäni riittävä. Jääkaappi hotellihuoneessa oli myös positiivinen asia. Hotellihuoneessamme - neljän hengen huoneessa - oli erikoinen valosysteemi. Katossa neljä lamppua syttyivät ja sammuivat kaikki yhdellä kertaa eli ei pystynyt kytkemään esim. kahta päälle tai pois eikä yö/lukulamppuja ollut yöpöydillä. Valaistus oli siis joko täysillä tai täysin pois. Aluksi tullessamme hotelliimme tuli sellainen vaikutelma, että paikan päällä hotellivarauksestamme ei tiedetty mitään, vaan varaukset otetaan vastaan toisaalla jossakin toimistossa. Onneksi kuitenkin saimme huoneen eikä asiasta koitunut mitään ongelmia.
