Dit hostel is eigenlijk een kamer bij een Kazachstaans gezin thuis. We vonden het leuk om een keer bij de Kazachstanen thuis te overnachten en zo het echte leven te leren kennen. Er wonen 2 vriendelijke mannen, vader en zoon. De zoon spreekt redelijk Engels. This hostel is actually an home-stay, and this was a goog opportunaty to see the real Kazachstan life. 2 friendly People are living here, father and son. The son speaks some English De accommedatie was erg basic. Het huis is gelegen aan een onverharde weg en is eigenlijk alleen met behulp van een taxi te vinden. Eenmaal aangekomen bleek onze kamer een met boeken en opgeslagen spullen volgestouwde kamer te zijn. De bedden zakten heel erg door, maar waren wel schoon. Op onze vraag waar de douche was bleek er geen te zijn. ook het naastgelegen toilet was erg basic. It's very basic, but a good way to learn the real Kazachstani life.

This is not a hostel, it is a home stay. The old man who owns the place is a war veteran who can't speak a word of English. He has to ring his son who manages the difficult questions on a difficult to hear phone line. No shower, no towel, long long distance from town, crap all over the place, uncomfortable old bed, shocking pillow, everything old, dusty and unclean. All the things that backpackers really like, - right? Enjoy your stay if you want the risk and challenge.
