Location + Chinese Restaurant + View from the top floor bar (28th Floor). Food in the top floor restaurant is horrible really. Tried twice. Never again.

Not at all a 5 star hotel. The staff is absolutely incapable, amenities in the room are very poor, everyhing is very old, carpets are all damaged.

Очень точно передана атмосфера Китая, вкусный китайский ресторан на 3 этаже, очень красивые виды из ресторана на 23 этаже и бара на 25 этаже. Отель очень достойный!!! Не убрали номер после суток проживания

не прислушалась к отзывам на сайте и соответственно уже на собственном опыте убедилась. обслуживание в отеле желает оставлять лучшего. в период проживания не работал бассейн и спа, заказала в номер пиццу и чай, через пол- часа позвонили и сказали, что печка не работает и пропросили подождать еще 15 мин. отель не выглядит на 5 звезд, максимум 3 звезды. при выписке из отеля попросила пробить фискальный чек, сказали что дают его только при оплате наличными (при оплате кредиткой не дают). для отчета в бухгалтерию попросила выписать счет-фактуру и акт, бухгалтерия отеля запросила письмо от компании. работа административного персонала отеля оставляет желать лучшего. вче, что пишут комментах об этом отеле - правда.

месторасположение, комфорт, питание расчет был произведен не корректно,двумя частями. первая часть при выезде из гостиницы мною подтвержден, вторая часть была снята в рамках фактического счета, но без моего личного одобрения транзакции, что предполагает, что персонал имеет возможность манипулировать моим личным счетом без моего согласия.
