Located 3 minutes’ walk from Bayterek Monument in Astana, this hotel features free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception. It offers a café and air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. Set in the administrative centre of Astana, Belon-Lux Hotel provides easy access to ministries and the Presidet’s Palace, 5 minutes’ walk away. The Singing Fountain is just opposite the hotel. Each room at the hotel is classically decorated and has a minibar. Bathrooms come complete with bathrobes and slippers. Daily breakfast is served in the Belon’s café, and cocktails are offered at the on-site bar. Several dining options can be found within a 10-minute walk of the hotel. Very good looking apartment hotel in the heart of new Astana. Service and location are great, free of charge early check in at 7-00 am is wonderful. It is hard to find exact location of the hotel, so brief description "how to get here" could be a great addition.

*kostenloses Internet * Frühstück auch möglich zu ungewöhnlichen Zeiten (z.B. 4.30 Uhr im Zimmer) * problemloser Transfer zum Flughafen * Mitarbeiterin an Rezeption spricht ausschließlich russisch (und wahrscheinlich Kasachisch); keine Verständigung in englisch möglich * Hotel auch für Einheimische extrem schwer zu finden * zwar großes Zimmer und großer Flachbildfernseher, doch kein Lichtschalter am Bett, kein ausländisches Fernsehprogramm * kein Restaurant im Hotel und auch keine Hotelbar, auf die auf booking.com website hingewiesen wurde * absolut unverständlich, weshalb dieses Hotel als "Designhotel" eingestuft wird

位置很好，房间空间够大，临街落地窗风景很好 临街的大落地窗，只有完整尺寸的纱帘，布帘类似装饰物，不能完整覆盖窗户，也没有遮光帘，导致夜里房间太亮- ，有怕光的肯定睡不好了。

спасибо персоналу отеля за внимательное отношение. порадовало то, что заселили в 07-00 вместо заявленных 14-00 без дополнительной платы. кроме того, доставили завтрак в номер, хотя он также не был дополнительно оплачен. вечером без проблем угостили чаем. все рассказывали и отвечали на все интересующие вопросы. оплата такси была произведена через терминал отеля, что также было крайне удобно. месторасположение вообще достойно высших похвал. молодцы, все супер!

An excellent location, which is walking distance to many of the sights, shopping malls and cafes. Very friendly staff, who accommodated all of our needs, including a 3:50am breakfast and airport transfer.

perfekte Lage, sonst aber gar nichts Auf den ersten Blick scheint alles sehr nobel zu sein, hohe Decken, teuere Möbeln. Aber das nur auf den ersten Blick. Das Hotel verfügt insgesamt über 8 Zimmern, wobei nur 2 davon ein Fenster haben. Dadurch herrscht in den meisten Zimmern schlechter Geruch (logisch, wenn man gar nicht lüften kann, und überall Teppich liegt). Man kann noch viel schreiben, aber ich sag es kurz: das Hotel ist für seine Verhältnisse einfach zu teuer.

Albergo (all'interno dell'edificio generale) si trova nel cuore della città, molto comodo sia per шд turismo che per шд business. A pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni. Di fronte all’hotel ci sono belle fontane, illuminati di notte e con color music. Il personale è molto cordiale e gentile, ben organizzano I taxi per gli incontri in aeroporto, il prezzo è solo 15-20 € una corsa. Le camere sono molto spaziose, hanno tutto il necessario sia per il bagno, sia per le scarpe, inoltre l’accappatoi e pantofole. Гостиница (внутри общего здания) находится в самом центре города, очень удобно как для туризма, так и для бизнеса. Пешком можно дойти до всех главных достопримечательностей. Перед самым отелем красивые фонтаны, вечером подсвечены разными огнями и с цветомузыкой. Персонал очень отзывчив, прекрасно организует заказ такси и встречу в аэропорту, цена в один конец всего 15-20 евро. Номера просторные, в них есть абсолютно все как в ванной комнате, так и для обуви, включая халаты и тапочки. La prima colazione in hotel è piuttosto scarsa, non ci sono ne brioche, ne biscotti. Ma il più grande punto negativo, almeno per noi, è che delle 8 camere 4 non hanno le finestre, neanche una! E questo non è stato scritto sul sito nella descrizione dell'hotel! Avevamo prenotato 6 camere, ma non è possibile stare in una camere buia senza finestre e di mattina presto dovevo cercare con urgenza per I miei colleghi un altro hotel vicino per tre persone. I prezzi di tutti gli hotel ad Astana piuttosto costoso, in Belon-Lux le camere costavano un po’ meno, ma il prezzo per una camera senza finestre dovrebbero essere almeno due volte meno del prezzo normale. Завтрак в отеле довольно беден, нет никакой выпечки. Но самый главный негативный момент, во всяком случае для нас, это то, что из 8 комнат отеля 4 не имеют окон и об этом не было написано на сайте в описании отеля! У нас были заказаны 6 комнат, но жить в комнатах без окон невозможно и ранним утром пришлось срочно искать по соседству другой отель, чтоб переселить туда трех человек. Цены на все отели в Астане довольно дорогие, в этом номера стоили чуть подешевле, но цена за номер без окон должна быть как минимум в два раза дешевле.
