Rooms are huge! Laundry and ironing services are for free! Staff is very helpful and kind! We were very much impressed!!!
Small, but very nice. Quiet. Good value. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
No negative comments.
Staff is very welcoming. I was pleased with their warm reception.
excellent location. reception staff very helpful, spoke good english
no choice of breakfast, which was poor, dead mouse in bath room, and dead flies on surfaces in room.
Staff was very helpful, breakfast was ok
The room (Superior Junior Suite) was big, the arm chair was ok. Other furniture was cheap Quality and partially broken. Bed was a nightmare. Bathroom was not acceptable. Towel rack was ready to fall into the bathtub. Showerhead wall holder was loos and dangerous. Tiles around the bath tub were loos and without joint compounds. IT was impossible to sit on the toilet because the wall support was not fixed anymore. The wall tiles around the toilet were already broken and not fixed anymore on the wall. The socket in the bathroom was perilous! Bath room door frame was falling apart. All in all after my late arrival in the night I left the hotel next morning. I explained the situation to the staff in a friendly way, they accepted it and apologized and canceled my booking.
Close to the central governmental organisations
Price for Astana is ok Location is excellent, just downtown, one can walk his way to any interesting point of the city. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok. One of the best internet connections in Kazakhstan's hotels (generally very poor connections are available)
My room had a bad smell, and due to limited amount of rooms, I had to keep it. Rooms number 4 and 7 have a window to the corridor, and lights are on all night. They should put a black-out curtain, not the ones currently in use.
