location near the center to bus for trip to MEDEU sport coplex that is wounderfull the room is very convenience and clean,but shover was a litle broken

Хорошее расположение, до метро Жiбек Жолы 600м, до проспекта Достык и парка 28 Панфиловцев - 1км. Недалеко два супермаркета, Юбилейный и Silk Way. Доброжелательный персонал. Была накладка с номерами - я бронировала дабл, но постояльцы не торопились выезжать, мне предложили сдвинуть кровати в свободном твине и сделали небольшую скидку. В номере 209 прозрачные шторы. Во время завтрака сотрудница буфета моет тарелки и гремит ими (стойка с раковиной и столики в одном помещении), а хотелось бы завтракать в спокойной обстановке.

Соотношение цена/качество оптимальное для г.Алматы. Номер чистый, комфортный, имеет все необходимое для проживания Бронирование через сайт в администрации отеля не увидели, хорошо, что за сутки до заезда позвонил на ресепшн и уже напрямую провел бронирование

Nice, clean small hotel. Minimal english but friendly & helpful staff: good email english. As a hotel it is a good deal. Its location, just off a st. That is undergoing major construction makes it a bit of a "backwater", but the taxi can still access the place via the internal park in the center of the block. The best nearby restaurant down the block is the Bolognese and other places not far away. It is perifferally central so prepare for alot of walking &/or taxi use. "The map is not the territory" -- south is often at the top of the maps here so study the map carefully. Could have brochures and city maps/city guide book, available as a matter of course. Could have hot water pot in the rooms or let the one in the basement cafe be available round the clock. My room does have a small fridge.

The hotel is very central, you can get to a lot of attractions of Almaty within walking distance. Internet is free. The bathroomfloor was dirty; it took about 15 minutes to get warm water in the shower; the breakfast was not good; for that price, I was expecting more.
