Room, cleaning was ok. The position, very close to the kitf location was great for me. Free wi-fi and bottle of water every day, complimentary coffee machine in room The first day the water in the bathtub came completly dark. When you take a shower, the water will go out in all the bathroom. The room service take almost 1h30 to bring something to eat

The staff was friendly and assisting. The hotel was clean, everything was new and working. Tea, coffee and water were added every day. The room was being cleaned every morning. It was only 3 minutes walk from the exhibition center which was our main purpose of visit, the area surrounding was very green and nice. There were many restaurants and cafeterias nearby. The pillows were very uncomfortable for me, very soft and the mattress was too hard. The hotel rate was a bit high as compared to others, might be for the location or the period.

Отель совсем новый. Уютные номера, чистые и хорошо убираются. Хорошо работает интернет. Персонал вежливый и старательный. Дизайн и оборудование номеров весьма простые и без изысков. Завтрак неприемлем.

Daha önce booking.com erken chekin bildirmeme ve onaylanmasına ragmen benden ekstra ücret alındı.. Ayrıca odam sadece benim söylemem ile 1 kez temizlendi. Çalışanlar çok fazla yardımcı olmadı para bozdurmam gerektiğinde bile kendi KZ Tenge paralarını bozmadılar..

просторные номера, вкусный завтрак, удобное месторасположение. слабый wi-fi доступ в номерах, одна точка доступа на весь этаж. терминал оплаты был сломан на момент check-out, пришлось снимать деньги с банкомата. растворимый кофе(((
