friendliness of the staff. the reception was trying to convince me that I am booked only from midnight till midnight therefore have to pay extra if I leave next morning at 7am. I advised that my confirmationof the booking is that check in is after 1400 and check out at 1200pm. therefore I should not pay extra. Reception advised that she needs to speak to the management but then said she could not reach them and I can stay till 07am without extra charge??? she showed fax from Booking.com stating reservation for two days 23-24th with no specified timing.

Расположение 5 + Интернет и пользование компьютером 5 завтрак 4 балла Кровати и матрасы ниже всякой критики, жили на первом этаже, шум из "лобби" не давал нормально спать.
