Вежливый персонал,хороший завтрак,возможность заказать ужин в номер. кондиционер работал только на режиме проветривания , чего было недостаточно для 30 градусной жары,разваливающиеся тумбочки и нет заявленного сейфа и это номер полулюкс.

Удобный номер, большой телевизор, Шведский стол, WiFi. В меню завтрака нет овощей и фруктов, WiFi на 2-м этаже работает не стабильно, душевая кабинка протекает, матрас очень жёсткий, набор каналов кабельного телевидения не понравился (нет каналов "Спорт1", "НТВ+Футбол").

Персонал слабо подготовлен, в связи с чем предъявлял требования по дополнительной оплате за второго человека, хотя я уже оплатил за двоих и получил подтверждение от booking.com!! Требовали подтверждения родственных и семейных связях и другой бред присущий нашему совковому мышлению...
