Perefct location for Chilbulak ski slope. Hotel bar/cafe classic ski bar style. Bear in mind its a soviet style hotel with some tarting up - and most uest will be Russian speaking. But I think its great, no point in staying anywhere else overnight for a a day or two skiing - or summer time walking - at Chimbulak Room was a bit cold, but solved once the curtain was tucked behind the ancient radiator. No drying rom a la Alps, but not an issue for me.

Близость к горнолыжным трассам, возможность по кататься на лыжах для мой дочери, имеющей грудного ребенка. К отелю (входу)могут подъехать только сотрудники самого отеля и их приближенные. Для гостей есть бесплатная парковка внизу отеля, но место гостям не гарантировано на парковке, парковка в 200 метрах от входа в отель, пришлось носить вещи, лыжи, багаж на себе вверх к отелю и на 3 этаж от места, где смог припарковать машину. Изначально машину вообще не пустили даже на парковочную площадку, требовали оплату,пришлось грудного ребенка от дороги до отеля нести, пока службы отеля и парковки разбирались между собой. Вообщем, желаю всем отдыхать в Европе. Съэкономите время, деньги и нервы.

Отель удобно расположен - в непосредственной близости к горнолыжным трассам и подъемникам. Очень вежливый и доброжелательный персонал! В номерах провели косметический ремонт (были здесь в 2010 г.), стало уютнее и комфортнее. Завтрак скудноват: каша, яичница, сосиски, сыр и чай (каждый день одно и то же). А вот выбор для обеда или ужина отличный, все блюда очень вкусно готовят! Брали номер полулюкс. В номере не было фена, мыло-гели были только при заезде, больше не пополняли запас. Полотенце только одно на каждого. Постельное белье не по размеру кровати (двуспальную кровать застелают двумя маленькими простынями) и уже очень "уставшее". Три дня ждали уборки номера, сделали только после нашего запроса. "Уборка" - это только застелили постель. Не поменяли белье, не дополнили мыло-гели... Как-то за 200 дол./сутки ожидаешь бОльшего сервиса...

Very near to Chimbulak Ski Resort for us to learn ski. Had to pay cash for the room because receptionist said the credit card machine was not working. 3 nights = 150,000 tenge ... luckily I had enough money, or else will need to go back to the city. No kettle in the room. We need to boil water for our baby. Quite troublesome to always went down to the restaurant asking for hot water.

La localisation aux pieds des pistes; Le bar restaurant, son personnel sympathique et les petits-déjeuners; Chambres petites. Cadre un peu défraichi. Confort sommaire.
