La posizione dell'Hotel e' abbastanza confortevole se si e' ad astana per business, quindi si deve andare per ambasciate (50 metri a piedi). Vicino anche un ottimo centro commerciale (mega). La politica dell'Hotel che se arrivi prima delle 13 (orario di rilascio della camera) ti addebitano il 50% del costo della stanza non e' accettabile, anche perche' , in questo caso, si dovrebbe considerare a che ora le persone lasciano l'hotel, nel mio caso la mattina alle 6.30 invece che entro le 12. Quindi ho dovuto pagare 1.5 giorni stando nanche 24 ore.

Ordentliches, sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Gute Lage zwischen neuer und alter Stadt. Vergleichsweise günstiges Hotel. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch gut. Heizung lässt sich schlecht regulieren. Dadurch war es viel zu warm im Zimmer, was sich nur durch öffnen des Fernsters regulieren liess.

местополежение старый и зачуханный отель. в астане есть много новых и шикарных гостиниц, которые дешевле.

Le personnel est au top Le service et le resto de très bonne qualité Les éléments de la salle de sport sont moyen. Le sauna et espèce détente très agréable Chambre un peu vieillissante. Pour le tarif ont s'attend à de plus chambre. Mais bon, au Kazakhstan les hôtels sont cher.....

спокойная тихая обстановка, хорошие завтраки. Не дружелюбный персонал. Четко видна разница в отношении с экспатами (заискивающая манера) и казахстанцами (надменность).
