ничего неприветливый персонал. отсутствие воды в номере (вода появилась только утром в день отъезда). пришлось просить принести в номер бутилированную воду, чтобы помыть руки и умыться. один из халатов не был выстиран (внутри халата были волосы и он явно не был свеж...) из информации, находящейся в номере непонятно по какому номеру звонить на ресепшн. указано только то, что при пожаре нужно звонить по номеру 100. никогда бы не подумала, что номер 100 - это и есть номер ресепшн. в номере на листе бумаги перечислены 3 меню завтрака. о том, что вам нужно выбрать одно из меню завтрака, позвонить на ресепшн, сообщить, какое меню вы выбрали и во сколько вы придете на завтрак - нужно догадаться самим. завтрак нужно ожидать сидя за пустым столом.
