Отличное расположение,отличный дизайн. Это всё! Прибыли в отель в 3 часа утра. О чем отель был извещен заранее. Поначалу показалось,что отель не работает. Прошел в сторону стойки размещения,никого. В глубине холла увидел спящего на диване администратора. Укутанная в шаль и с размазанным макияжем,в лучших традициях советских гостиниц в ночное время, выдали ключ от номера и пропуск на парковку. Уже выходя из отеля увидел справа от входа еще одну спящую фигуру,это скорее всего был портье. Ну да ничего, затащили вещи в номер. Двухместным номером оказался обычный номер с полуторной кроватью. 1 халат, 1 пара тапочек, 1 комплект полотенец. Это двухместный номер! Как потом выяснилось,нужно все просить дополнительно, ну так какой смысл пропихивать его как двухместный. Парковка для авто расположено за зданием отеля в хоздворе. Обслуживание в номерах отсутствует. Было желание заказать поздний ужин,так как дорого на авто из Алматы заняла порядка 13 часов, но такую возможность отель не предоставляет. Изначально планировалось проживать в этом отеле 4 ночи. Но учетом всех обстоятельств,впечатление было испорчено и было принято решение сменить место проживания. Отдельное спасибо дневному администратору отеля Динаре, которая пыталась решить вопрос касательно маленькой кровати в номере. Сотрудник действительно пытался сохранить клиентов. Но как говорится первое впечатление об отеле дает настрой на весь период проживания.
