Free pickup from the airport. Nothing else. The staff - unfriendly and very unhelpful. Extremely poor standard for the cost. Exorbitant airport drop off fee for travelling less than a km. It's basically a one star hotel charging four star prices. Terrible hotel.

Close to airport They offer a free pickup from airport but charge 2000tenge to drop off. It is a 5 minute drive. I confirmd the pickup 2 days before and they were not there. I called and they came. The hotel reception was dark and dingy and there ws no apology for not meeting me . said they did not kno when I was coming. The dining room was bare and when a waitress came she said there was chicken and rice. It was cold and oily. It included breakfast but I got no response re even coffee before my early dropoff. I had paid the 2000 and then the car stopped to pickup 3 people who had not and were walking to the airport. So they had a free ride at my expense. I cancelled my booking for my return trip.

The hotel is quite close from Almaty airport and I need to hurry to get an early flight the next morning. The hotel do provide taxi to the airport with reasonable fare I was cheated by private taxi man which charged me double than the hotel charge. If only the hotel had fetched me from the airport

Good location about 1 km walk from the airport. Suited me because I had a 6:30 flight and did not want the trouble of finding a taxi from central Almaty in the middle of the night. Good standard room. The view from the window was terrible (dump yard). Door was not insulated, so I was often woken up by other guests talking in the corridor.

расположение отеля не самое удачное, до аэропорта 1 км проитись пешком ночью по не освещенной улице страшно, за трансфер берут как с центра города. в номере нет ни полотенца, ни халата, ни тапочек, ни чайника, обещанные на сайте, принесли с третьего раза, только после угрозы съехать. в душе невозможно купаться, с душевого шланга льется со всех сторон. на завтрак не свежие продукты, кофе остывший. не рекомендую этот отель никому!!!

Чистые номера 1. Меня не встретили в аэропорту, хотя обещали. 2. Мне пришлось заплатить за номер больше, чем было указано в бронировании из-за ошибки сотрудника, и впоследствии мне эти деньги не вернули.

Closeness to the airport. Airport shuttle can be booked in advance. No operational restaurant or bar -only breakfast which is not worth getting up for. Really threatening area between the airport and the hotel - do not walk!

The proximity to the airport The door looked like it had been broken into before and that it would have been easy to open our door. Also, the TV and A/C didn't work. Finally one of the lights due to faulty wiring flickered on and off like a strobe light making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel is near to the airport, it allows me to rest a litlle before the flight conexion next day. The room was clean and comfortable. At my arrival at 02:00 am , they told me that the reservation from booking didn't arrive. It took them 15 minutes to find out a solution. The machine for the payment didn't worked. I had to go out for looking for cash. No staff for helping me with the baggage, no lift in the second building I stayed. They were no able to give me a bill for the hours I spent; they told me they will send during the Day. 3 days after i didn't get. Is not a 3 stars hotel.
