The hotel is separated from the street by blocks of flats. While those blocks of flats are an eyesore, and obscure the hotel when you look for it, they do protect you from the traffic noise. The free wi-fi in the room was fast, though given to some strange breaks at times. The bed was comfy.

The electric air-freshener in the bathroom, the kind that spews its fumes every few minutes, had managed to stink up the entire room with an intense, nauseatingly sweet scent by the time I got in there. I had to switch it off. Fluorescent lighting everywhere gave the room a cold, unwelcoming appearance. The biggest annoyance, though, was the shower. I had to wait for warm water (it never really got hot) for 10-15 minutes, and then it trickled rather than gushed. The tv offered just one English- language channel.

The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The hotel owner was also a great guy.

Lovely Hotel in old part of Astana. It is a taxi ride into the centre which cost us 3000 tenge approx 15 euro for 3 people. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

When we checked out we were asks to pay for a towel or robe that was deemed missing from a room. I have done a lot of travelling and have never tried to bring a towel home with me. We would not pay for it and the lady at reception was understanding of our reason. I would put it down to a simple misunderstanding but it would be worth checking your towels etc when you check in.

Friendly staff who, despite language barrier, made sure we got where we wanted to go to. Nothing too much for them. Choice of hot or cold breakfast. Hotel was in a quiet area considering it was built in what looked like the middle of a complex of residential flats.

No hot water for some reason on the Friday we stayed there. Needed to get taxis everywhere but I think that would have been the same wherever we stayed in Astana.

Vers friendly and service oriented staff. Very Good food. Very comfortable and fresh renovated rooms in a very nice style.

Goldman hotel was quiet, comfortable, and clean. A/c temperature control worked well, big screen tv was new and wifi worked. Complimentary bottle of water the first night was a nice touch. Towels, floor mat, and a neatly folded robe were perfect. Breakfast was good, fast, plentiful and the waitress was very attentive. Each morning I was offered tea or coffee, a good size glass of orange and other juice, toast with marmalade, and eggs cooked in an omelet or otherwise. A tasty porridge was offered one day. Staff was friendly, helpful but not intrusive. All-in- all a good value for the money.

The bar was closed for renovations downstairs. Wifi signal was weak but adequate. Water backed up a bit in the shower and was slow to drain.

Good hotel, with new furniture and modern indoor design. The staff was a bit confused about single person stay reservation in a twin room, but finally provided the room for the price the reservation was made on booking.com.

Single room is 50% more expensive than single person stay in a twin room, therefore the staff tries to refuse to move one person into a twin room.

Connexion internet un peu faible et parfois instable. Aucune chaîne de télé en Anglais : rien que du Russe ou du Kazahk..

Wer den Hotelfotos vertraut, der muss sich überraschen lassen. Die Bäume auf dem ersten Foto hat es noch nie gegeben. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Innenhof zwischen abgewohnten Wohnhäusern. Über 3 Tage verirrite sich keine Reinigungskraft ins Zimmer und im Badezimmer war überall Schimmel. Das Wasser musste man schon sehr lange laufen lassen, bevor es sich etwas erwärmte. Sehr abgelegen und den Tourismusschalter sucht man vergebens. Sollte man auf die Idee kommen, nach einem Stadtplan oder einen Plan für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu fragen, wird man enttäuscht. Nach 2 Tagen haben wir das ausgeklügelte Bussystem entschlüsselt und sind auch da angekommen wo wir hinwollten. Die Linie 40 fährt wirklich zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Bushaltestellen sind übrigens dort wo eine größere Menschengruppe an der Straße steht. Bitte vorher fragen, ob man mit Kreditkarte zahlen kann, denn das klappte auch nicht, da bekommt man schon mal den Hinweis, holen sie sich doch Geld vom Automaten, die gibt es hier genug. Jetzt höre ich mal auf. Mein Fazit: NIE WIEDER dieses Hotel!

Otel yeni yapılmış olup;otelin genelinde temizlik üst safadaydı.personel ilgisi gayet iyi ve sıcaktı.

Otelin tek eksi yönü otel içerisinde sigara içmek yasak.ancak dışarıda içebiliyorsunuz.Bu durum sigara içenler için çok büyük problem çünkü çok soguk bir ülke eksi 15-20 derece sogukta dışarı çıkmak mümkün degil.bu konu hakkında çalılma yapılması gerekir.

Lo staff è stato molto amichevole sin dal nostro arrivo. Nonostante un piccolo problema, hanno subito rimediato. Ottimo.

Ужасно гремит музыка, в подвале находится дискотека весь отель треснется , по мимо прочего находится в жилом районе, между домов, а точнее был когда то двор для детей, и на месте двора построили отель , с четырех сторон жилые дома, вид из окна прям в окна жителей для гостиницы как то не понятно.Кухня желает лучшего, до центра далеко, на просьбу купить кофе четыре дня не работала кофе машина Реально гдето 1-1,5 звезды не более , но 4 это брехня

Personal spricht großteils Englisch, was in Astana alles andere als selbstverständlich ist. Betten im Zweibettzimmer angenehm breit. 24H- Supermarkt, Minimarkets und Lokale im Umkreis von 2 Häuserblocks. Frühstücksbuffet durchaus auf Weststandard. Mit der (ständig voll besetzten) Buslinie 40 kommt man übrigens günstig (ca. 30 Cent/Fahrt) und schnell zu sämtlichen neuen Sehenswürdigkeiten bzw. auch zu beiden Flughafenbussen.

Wir haben uns zum Glück vorher schon schlau gemacht, aber auch hier noch der Hinweis: Vorher auf dem Lageplan genau nachsehen, wo sich das Hotel befindet. Es ist nämlich nicht direkt an einer Straße gelegen, sondern von Wohnhäusern umgeben. Bei unserer Anreise um 7 Uhr vormittags haben wir sofort unser reserviertes Zimmer bekommen und wurden nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass dafür ein Halbtag zusätzlich verrechnet wird. Grundsätzlich fair, aber eine kurze Erwähnung wäre natürlich nett gewesen, um schon vorab darauf eingestellt zu sein.
