location The price of the taxi to airport ordered by hotel reception was twice more than the price the hotel employee confirm to me. If the hotel cooperated with the taxi, hotel employee at the reception shall to know the price of the taxi. (they knew taxi driver personally)

Almost nothing, may be only the location. -The staff was looking friendly but totally helpless to solve client's issues - I was waiting more then 3 hours to get electrician who could solve a problem in the room - the A/C was't working proper - just on heater - the breakfast is very poor in terms of variety - the room was horrible smelly because of some sewage issue and even i informed the front office, the housekeeping and the supervisors there was no action taken or even a try - the rooms wasn't cleaned proper

Middle of the city near from all the main shopping mall and the business centre , rate is good Staff don't speak English very well , room double single bed and I am alone so they said no double bed , price of the food in their restaurant too much expensive reference to other hotel restaurant in Almaty .

Compared to what i have tried on earlier visits to Almaty, the general level is ok if you compare price and standard. The location is rather convenient for exploring the city. Staff is friendly BUT they are trying to avoid all kinds of service - I needed laundry service, it took me 2 days and several calls and discusions with staff before i managed to get it - and then only against cash payment to staff !! The hotel is NOT offering registration service - and they do not even inform travellers about the rules. Wi-fi not working in reception and other public areas. Breakfast is russian/asian style - the coffee served there only to be described as black water. The adress mentioned is unknown to taxi drivers

Spa complex - main reason why I chose it 1)One of the evenings I was denied access to the spa complex at 9pm while it is open until 11pm and the receptionist gave me the following explanation: "our boss is in the sauna with friends and said not to let anyone else in" this is absolutely unacceptable !!!!!! 2) Spas are cold, not warm water, since the hotel opened "recently" 6 months ago, but they are still cold, nevertheless there is warm water in the hotel 3) Turkish bath operates only on request 4) One of my colleagues had problems with COLD water on the 11th floor in the mornings, he had only hot water

В принципе все было очень даже не плохо. Предоставили роскошный номер с видом на горы. Освещение слишком тусклое, как на ресепшн так и по всей гостинице. Очень мрачно как то!

в принципе все нормально было горячая/холодная вода, завтрак - приличный шведский стол, можно было на весь день наесться интернет был вид из окон на горы и на город дорогой ресторан

Great spa, pleasantly warm water, nearly no people. Water dispose smell from the bathroom. Housekeepers sometimes forget to empty bins or add toilet paper. No caps, no coffee maker in the room, no minibar. Just basic breakfast. Noise from the street.
