Terrible place connected with shopping mall. Terrible breakfast in the basement of shopping mall. Dirty with bad smell.

Most of the rooms, even suites, do not have windows! We immediately required to change the room and were placed in one of few suites with the window, but the room was still dirty and room cleaning service was bad. The worst thing is a breakfast - the offer of meals is not comparable with even 3-star hotel, and the quality of food is real disaster. Dirtness in restaurant is a fact.

I like its location, my meetings were very close to the Hotel. The staff were good and very helpful indeed. The staff (more than one) also speak English which helped me greatly. The Hotel is in a great location for the City and all it has to offer.. Restaurant was good and the staff were fantastic and very friendly and I was able to enjoy some great conversations. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff at this Hotel, and I will look forward to staying there again. Of course, the single economy room has no window.. For some this can be a problem. Albeit I did not consider this a big issue, it would be nice to have a window, just for the air and to see the time of day etc... My only issue was there was no hot water for the shower.. Yes, hot water to the wash basin and sink, but not to the shower. I could not take a shower and had to wash from the sink.. This is completely unacceptable to be quite honest.. I will enjoy staying at this hotel again if I can take a shower at least..

Flexibilitaet des Mitarbeiters Das Airco System im Zimmer is schrecklich und ganz ungesund; man soll es reinigen um diie Gaeste normalerweise atmen zu lassen zu koennen

Просторный номер Фактическое отсутствие Wi-fi (после просьб в течение суток сеть wi-fi появилась, но ip-адрес приходилось прописывать вручную) Фактическое отсутствие горячей воды (для того, чтобы вода стала чуть тёплой, приходилось ждать 20 минут) Завтрак был бы смешон, если бы не был так грустен. Кулер с водой периодически начинал выть так, что спать было невозможно. Пришлось его отключать.

Месторасположение отеля для меня было удобным. И на этом все хорошее закончилось. Завтрак ужасный. Шумоизоляции никакой - слышно и улицу и соседей и все предвижения по коридору.

Personnel sypa et disponible Incoherent. Par ex: le petit dejeuner est compris, mais si on ne veut pas de lait dans son caf, il y a un supplement....
