Very unprofessional staff. Receptionist asking for everything manager on-duty, waitress taking everything from the table without even asking if person finished his meal. Worst part hotel turning off central air conditioner from 1 am til 9 am during hot summer.

Location is good, shopping centre nearby and short taxi ride to the tower. Staff are very friendly and helpful. All reception staff speak good ENglish. Immigration police registration can be arranged through the hotel.

The only reason I have marked comfort as fair is the aircon in the rooms is not very effective. The only other downside is the european proces for bear and food.....both of which are good, just too pricey for the country in my opinion. However, there is good Pizza and cheap beer to be had in the local shopping mall. Example: hotel 1 beer is around 1000 tenge, in shapping mall its 450 tenge for a half litre.

I was able to check in early (9.00am) and check out late (3.00pm) without any extra charge. The reception staff were very helpful.

I know everything is expensive in Astana but the restaurant is over- priced. The breakfast buffet could be better (more variety). I don't know why they need to charge almost 1300 kzt (6 gbp) extra for squeezed juice (which you have to do yourself!).

Завтрак, как шведский стол был просто никакой. Такого шведского стола я не видел нигде. В номере был сломан кран для душа.

со стороны дороги слышны сигнала авто, они сигналят на всех перекрёстках. никого не штрафуют наверное.

европейский уровень комфорта, англоязычный персонал (это было важно для моего приятеля), пустой бассейн и тренажерный зал, хорошая кухня, приятное летнее кафе на улице в дополнение к обычному ресторану.

понравилась безналичная оплата услуг трансфера (как туда так и обратно) во время прибывания

1. на второй день узнаю что мне должны были вручить комплимент от отеля. но не получил его. вечером я был занят, а на второй день когда на ресепшн узнали что не получил, не удосужились повторить. 2. при выезде не мог расплатиться банковской картой (2мя картами). У них был какой то технический сбой. Даже банкомат выдавал что по тех причинам операции не возможны. 3. Сантехника ужасна Впрочем как и сама ванная комната. Это место соответствует 2хзвездочному отелю 4. иногда очень долго ждать лифт. 5. сам стандартный номер - ооочень маленький

Good location, but small rooms. Also there was no internet available on the night I stayed there! When I asked the hotel staff about internet problem they were quick to transfer the blame on Kaz telecom company... Anyway other than this rest was fine, since I was staying there for just a night!
