1. Awesome staff - so friendly even though we only communicated through Google Translation. They've really made an impression. 2. Great location - bus stops to all parts of the city, walking distance to shopping mall and (across the bridge) a great museum. 3. Warm, cozy room.

Location, location and again location. A side street opposite the circus. Between the new city and the old one. Can walk everywhere and there is a grocery 2 blocks away. The staff doesn't speak English, I used google translate and all my requests where taken care of including a taxi at 4:30 in the morning to the airport. Great value!!!!!! The kitchen all home cooked meals is slow, even if you ask for just a cup of coffe. Don't take the garbage out, must ask for it.

удобное расположение: мы с дочей (3,5 года) минут за 5 дошли до цирка, океанариум через дорогу от цирка - тоже в пешей доступности, в номере чисто, персонал очень отзывчивый и благожелательный, Wi-Fi в номере есть и скорость нормальная. мы были в прохладное время года, в номере очень тепло, даже жарко, почти всю ночь окно было приоткрыто. мы были в марте и попали в теплые деньки, снег на крыше днем начал таять и вода капала через вентиляцию на пол санузла. я первый раз не заметила, и прогулялась по этому мини-бассейну. пришлось менять носки. ну и пару раз за вечер вытирали воду, чтобы воспользоваться душем и туалетом.

Удобное месторасположение, наличие сети WiFi, цена, обслуживание нет указателя о наличии гостиницы, подъезд к гостинице в ямах, если сыро, то приходится "плыть" по лужам.

sehr freundliches Personal, das uns sogar schon morgens um 8 Uhr (CheckIn normalerweise 13 Uhr) ins Zimmer gelassen hat uriges postsowjetisches Zimmerflair saubere Zimmer, sauberes Bad gute Lage zwischen dem alten und neuen Zentrum von Astana einzig, dass die Matratzen wirklich extrem hart sind

Sehr unkompliziert, bin morgens um neun gekommen, hab schlüssel einfach so gegen Namensnennung bekommen, bis zur abreise keinerlei formalitäten. Es ist eher so wie wenn mann privat bei entfernten Verwandten wohnt, alles sehr familiär.

We liked that we could walk to Mega (10 mins) and Khan Shatyr (25 mins). The staff did not speak any English but tried to be helpful (eg using google translate and calling us a taxi). The address is printed in Russian and English on cards available at reception. Taxis do not find it easy to find it. Even when you have the hotel's card, they sometimes had trouble. I suggest printing a map from google and putting the hotel on it. Then carry it around with you. The location is very good but it's in a back street. There was a kitchen but we didn't know if we were allowed to use it. We were thinking about taking up the offer of breakfast (500TG) but perhaps you have to preorder because nothing was there in the morning. Not fashionable decor but really sweet.
