Liked almost everything, friendly staff, big and clean rooms with all facilities. Breakfast was delicious )))). It's a bit far from new city center, but there are a lot of buses and taxi isn't so expencive.

Очень комфортный отель, месторасположение удобное, до нового административного центра недалеко, и в старом центре можно прогуляться. Персонал отзывчивый, номера видно что после ремонта, завтрак очень понравился. Больших недостатков не заметил, не понравился станок для бритья и гель для душа

Нет центрального отопления. Отопитель воздушный, зажигает воздух и не очень нагревает. Сантехника неисправная, умывальник отходит от стены. И уровень самой сантехники не соответствует 4 звездам. Да и это мы остановились в Роскошном люксе.

отель как отель. жили в дорогом двухкомнатном люксе. в общем, чисто, завтраки приемлемые. на первом этаже - ресепшене всегда накурено, бедный "лаунж-бар", всегда много людей в кафе, причем люди не проживают в отеле. на тишину на этажах вроде никак не отражается. душ в ванне замотан п/э пакетом из соседнего супермаркета.

гостиница находится в жилом комплексе, рядом есть магазины, кафе и столовые. отличный персонал, неплохой чистый номер, нет шума, завтрак входит в стоимость проживания. в номере имеется сейф. есть два ресторана и бар. также вроде имеется фитнес центр, правда я туда не ходил. маленькая душевая кабина. никак не мог подключить интернет по Wi-Fi.

Доброжелательность персонала на ресепшене.Быстрое подключение Wi Fi. В ванной комнате не хватает освещения, темно, особенно в душевой кабине.Слив кабины быстро забивается водой. Нет ни где розеток для зарядки, розетки в душевой комнате для бритвы.

Viljan att hjälpa till trots språkliga problem. Trots det jag skrivit som negativt så ger detta hotell mest avkoppling per krona av de vi besökt i KZ. Dåligt avlopp, inget varmvatten, läskig frukost som står utan kyla i värmen.

понравилось обслуживание, доброжелательность персонала, удобное месторасположение, хорошая кухня. при полной чистоте в ванной комнате почему-то присутствовал запах. наверное, это связано с канализационной системой.

Номер просторный. Наличие в номере чайника, халатов. Отель не соответствует четырехзвездочному. Проживали в номере де люкс: телевизор старой модели,в душевой не хватало некоторых принадлежностей (крем для тела). Однообразный завтрак. На ресепшене нет элементарно карты города.
