Хороший восточный сервис и обслуживание . Персонал превосходен ! Номера достаточно старые , необходима реновация . Для отеля 5 звезд это не допустимо . Еда из ресторана на внешний вид приготовлена отлично , но толи я блюда неудачно выбрал , то ли приготовлено невкусно :-( . Расположен немного в стороне от "пешеходного" центра .

Ottima Club Lounge personale Hotel gentilissimo Fore un po' caro il Prezzo di KZT 71,120 per la doppia uso singola ( = $ 470) ma va bene per il servizio.
