Breakfast is very good, room is comfortable and clean. The cafeteria-restaurant is large and nice place. The rooms are no good isolated(noise). Half of the hotel is facing the main street, which is very noisy all the time. The other half (back side) facing some inside grounds should be quieter.

Very good hotel, above standards for being only a 3 stars. Nice staff, large rooms, tv, wifi, minibar. The restaurant on the first floor serves very good dishes, prepared with care and attention and with excellent ingredients. Overall a very good experience. A bit overpriced in comparison to European hotels, but it seems to be common. Wifi signal was really poor on the 5th floor: enough for basic surfing, not enough for sending or receiving big files.

Readiness to provide the breakfast-box in case of early departure Like any hotel in Almaty this one is at least twice overpriced. Additionally deposit of eur 50 was requested to insure "possible" damage to the property. And last but not least - all the payment should be done in advance. Totally archaic.

Very good Hotel, could afford to be a bit cheaper though, very friendly staff, good location, all in all its very recommended, especially for business trips.

Beste hotel van onze reis door Kazachstan! Vriendelijk personeel dat goed Engels spreekt, grote kamer met goede badkamer, uitstekend ontbijt met veel keuze en erg lekker brood. Locatie in een goede buurt, vervoer met stadsbus en metro vlakbij. WiFi werkte in de kamer maar allerlei willekeurige sites waren onbereikbaar (inloggen op Google-sites, boekingen maken via booking.com).

Frühstück war top! Die Internetverbindung bei meinem Kollegen in seinem Zimmer war sehr schwach. VPN hat nicht funktioniert.

отель в центре, цена более-менее адекватная, если бы не минусы... 1. стеклопакеты в номере 306 ужасны - всю ночь вы будете слушать бесконечное движение авто по улице фурманова. рекомендую не брать номера на улицу - лучше во двор. 2. Завтра и бизнес-ланч просто отстой! При не самых скромных ценах для отеля 3 звезды еда должна быть намного разнообразнее и лучше! а уж про 2 напиток за деньги на завтраке я вообще молчу - это где вы такое видели, господа владельцы и управляющие отеля??? Боитесь на соке или воде разориться? 3. Душ нельзя зафиксировать на стене, крепеж только для виду - мыться только с гусаком в руках... 4. Мыло, шампунь и гель для душа - только для виду, качество отвратное! лучше бы их вообще не было, чем такое... 5. нет одноразового комплекта для бритья

Мини отель. Тихо, уютно, душевно. Железные европейские 3 звезды. Все новое и качественное. Все рабочее. Цент города. В здании имеется кофе "Балкон" Флирт фактор 100%. т.к. рядом куча ВУЗов:). Не ждал такого уровня за такие деньги в Алматы. Завтрак (шведский стол или меню) бедноват. На завтрак один напиток (кофе, чай, сок) последующие напитки за дополнительную плату. Оплату за половину суток взымают со стоимостью завтрака.

Очень внимательный дружелюбный персонал. Отличный завтрак! В номере красивая обстановка, новая мебель, новая сантехника. Вид из окна неплохой. Близко станция метро и площадь Республики. До аэропорта можно доехать на автобусе, остановка недалеко от гостиницы. В номере было прохладно, из окон сильно дуло, поэтому все время был включен кондиционер на отопление. Вечером были проблемы с горячей водой. P.S. В аэропорту будьте осторожны с таксистами. Узнавайте ПОЛНУЮ стоимость поездки до пункта назначения.

La posizione è molto comoda, in centro della citta. Il ristorante Balcon presso hotel buono e confortevole. Wi fi funzionava perfettamente (piano 3). Lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile. I servizio dei taxi, prenotati tra mite hotel per aeporotro, era impeccabile. C'è accappatoio nella stanza. Di fronte vicino Tore Eiffel c'è un buonissimo ristorante Line Brew, un pò caro ma vale la pena visitarlo, le birre e I carni sono deliziosi. Supporto doccia (piano 3) è molto scomodo. Sono spariti due piccole cose nella stanza ? non lo so come mai. Il piccolo frigo non raffreddava, il tv ogni tanto si bloccava.

1. местоположение хорошее 2. цена /качество - отлично 3. отель новый, все чисто и очень качественно (мебель, ТВ, сантехника - высший балл) 4. лучше чем некоторые 4хзвездочные отели! не понравилось, то что завтрак необходимо согласовывать каждый вечер с ресепшн. сообщили что в номере должно быть меню - но его не было! после согласования они писали завтрак на своей бумажке и ночью подкладывали под дверь (чтобы с ней утром спуститься в ресторан) - согласитесь странно
