New hotel, spacious, well designed rooms, very comfortable beds, friendly staff, tranquility, good pricing policy, nice restaurant Fergana Minor things: lift doors need fine-tuning (they close too quickly and hit you sometimes on entering/exiting); it'd be more convenient if the central entrance door worked; low quality toiletries.

too hot in the room - impossible to sleep. Gym only with 3 cardio (only 2 working) and only one lifting machine. Overpriced restaurant and bar. Staff not trying to understand you

The hotel announces spa with massage services, however there is no masseur available. Sauna and jacuzzi are closed at 10pm which is too early for people after tight day full of meetings.

In general I love Kazakhistan I love the kazakh people , kazakh hopitality , kazakh foods everything about kazakhistan the kazzhol hotel room big enogh the price reasonable the location ok the hotel new recomended for friends to stay in this hotel Poor in varieties of of breakfast

New hotel, clean. As for the location - almost all drivers know this place, so quite easy to find. Very helpful and polite staff. Sauna and small Jacuzzi help to relax after hard day. Breakfast - this is what they really should improve, hardly can find a thing to eat!!! Even bread must be improved! We couldn't find any restaurant around.

Good hotel at a good location. Hotel itself is quiet, very good and clean rooms, especially bathroom. Staff dedicated to clients, excellent welcome and quick service. Hotel is equipped for conferences and business events. Excellent restaurant.

Hotel is absolutely new. Rooms, furniture are new and clean. Staff is friendly. Hotel is located in very convenient and quiet place. Very good breakfast in the restaurant.

отличный, комфортный номер, всё новое, удобная кровать, очень мягкий матрац. не очень удобное расположение, район новой застройки, впрочем, как и вся астана. действительно, в ванной не хватает шторки или перегородки из стекла и душ при этом брызгает во все стороны. комплект туалетных принадлежностей совсем скудный и дешевенький. не помешал бы чайник и бутылка воды. всё это мелочи конечно, но они портят впечатление от вобщем то хорошего отеля. удачи!

Очень отзывчивый персонал, заботящийся о своих гостях. Номер Люкс Премиум довольно симпатичен, хорошо оснащен Увы, в средства гигиены Люкс Прпмиум класса не вкл. зубная паста, щетка, щетка для волос, лосьон, нитки. Есть только шампунь, гель для душа, мыло и ватные палочки. Без пасты и щетки утро было омрачено. Завтрак. Выпечка не свежая, магазинная, сок не качественный, не было кофе и молока к чаю. Нарезка

Хороший, чистый отель. Радушный персонал. Бесплатно накормили меня завтраком, поскольку у меня был ранний заезд (6-00 утра). Современный интерьер. В общем - мне понравиться. Нет банкомата.

Trop de problèmes avec les taxis. Encore pas mal d'imperfections, par exemple impossibilité de commander un café en chambre avant 8h00 du matin. Buffet le matin pas génial. Mais surtout, des problèmes de taxi.

sauber, freundliches personal, sehr grosszügige, moderne, schön eingerichtete zimmer, early breakfast-service wegen frühem abflug sehr gut, transfert vom/zum flughafen hat gut geklappt, gutes frühstück, netter fitness/wellness bereich lage nicht so optimal, überheizt (im winter)

Номера чистые, персонал более-менее отзывчивый, но не всегда. 1. за все услуги отеля надо платить сразу же наличными, что крайне неудобно 2. официанты в ресторане не заслуживают похвалы 3. в бане не работала Жакузи.
