Very good service, friendly staff and convenient location. Perfect place to stay in Almaty.

Overall this an excellent hotel, If you do not know the language well or at all most all members of the staff know English or can at least still assist you. All staff members were very courteous, respectful and very helpful. All facilities were clean and well kept. Exactly the same type of service and quality you what you would expect from a standard four star hotel. When I return to Almaty I plan to stay at this hotel again.

A bit run-down place.

People are allowed to smoke and the smell is absorbed everywhere. It is very noisy, no privacy at all. There is no drink water (usually hotels provide complimentary water in the rooms), no lobby for guests downstairs

Complementary water will be great.

I have booked the suite for 8 nights. It had new bathroom, but no hot water. In the evening and next morning still no hot water! The bed feld like rock, really to hard. Carpet was very dirty. I checked out next day and went to another hotel.

No hot water. Internet connection is very slow - even near wifi routers.

The staff all spoke very good English and were extremely helpful. They made us feel very welcome (I was travelling myself and my 2 parents who are in their 70s.) We got lots of help finding places and booking taxis. The food in the hotel - we ate there one night was also very good.

Fabulous: comfort, front dest, reservations, breakfast, service, dinner. I had read some not-too-complimentary reviews, particularly in tripadvisor of this property, those people must be crazy. There is nothing wrong with this place. Good location, luxury room, spotlessly clean, and the friendliest and most genuinely helpful frnt desk service I have ever encountered. Yulia was particularly great.

Almost everything is above average in this hotel.

Staff at reception was great, however the bell boys, room maids need to be pushed to make them work.

This hotel must be one of the best options in Almaty for business and/or leisure at a reasonable price (for this city). There seems to have been a general improvement in reception service since I first stayed here about 4 years ago.

This is a decent, reasonably-priced (for Almaty, which has gotten quite expensive) in a great location if you want to be in the heart of downtown. The staff speak limited English, so it's hard to get across any complicated concepts. I had no problems with noise.

The staff were professional, friendly and unintrusive. The room service was prompt and effective. The room was very clean and spacious enough to be relaxing. The decorations were new and contemporary and the queen size bed in the room was extremely comfortable.

The hotel is set back from the street, so it's fairly quiet. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming.

There was no hot water in my room on two days. The lobby bar is very small and lacks chairs and tables.The only time I used it they had no coffee. You can wait a long time for the lifts. The breakfast buffet is good, but watch out for other guests who barge past you in the queue for the scrambled eggs.

Как всегда приветливый и вежливый персонал. Чистые номера. Удобное расположение в центре. Хороший ресторан и завтраки.

Отель с каждым годом становится старее, и номера соответсвенно. Мебель подизносилась, сантехника тоже. проживал в стандарте, думаю, за эти деньги можно и приличнее номер найти. Слишком мягкие матрасы.

Hotel wollte zusätzlich Geld, obwohl über Kreditkarte bereits gezahlt war. Angeblich wäre der Preis bei booking.com falsch gewesen. Nach längerem HickHack und der Vorlage des Zahlungsbeleges und der Buchungsreservierung konnte man sich aber einigen. Ich habe nichts zusätzlich bezahlt!

Слабый сигнал интернета. СУ оставляет желать лучшего. Нет зубной щетки. Нет питьевой воды.

Центр. Завтрак.

Не работает телевизор. Холодильник гудит и шумит, не дает отдыхать. Нет халатов. В сан узлах неприятный запах лекарств и хлорки.
