Мне было не комфортно из-за того, что в соседнем номере проживал курящий мужчина, курил он на лестничной клетке, а весь дым засасывало ко мне в номер. Курил мужчина утром с 7:00, а ночью укладывался в 2:00, при этом курил он с интервалом в 5 минут... Утро начиналось с того, что я просыпалась под его будильник (стены крайне тонкие). Он при этом соскакивыал, бежал курить, после я так полагаю, что он уходил на завтрак, потому что будильник еще в течение часа с интервалом 5 минут продолжал звонить. Сказать ему в его отсутствии за мой дискомфорт я не могла. Приходил обратно он в первом часу ночи, и у него начанались телефонные переговоры... Я звонила к нему в номер, но он как-то слабо реагировал на замечания. Переговаривался он до 1:30, а до 2 часов ночи он бегал курить... При этом двери защелкиваются очень громко, мне на утро жаловалась коллега, что она не могла уснуть (она проживала в другом конце корридора), так как кто-то во втором часу ночи постоянно защелкивал дверь, а это был все тот же мой сосед. Выяснять с ним отношения по сренди ночи у меня не было желания. Я сказала о нем на ресепшене, но тем не менее 2 суток я практически не спала и нюхала дым, от которого у меня аллергия. Не понятно зачем спрашивать про проживание в курящем или некурящем номере, когда этот чел спокойно выкуривался в корридоре. Администрации отеля надо предусмотреть проживание рядом курящих и некурящих лудей, выделить для курения отдельную комнату, предусмотреть хотя бы по одному охраннику или администратору на этаже... Да и защелки, ну очень громкие, а стены крайне тонкие.

удобное месторасположение, до центра пешком доходил за 45 минут. неплохие, довольно уютные номера. жесткая кровать (на любителя), нет мини-бара (из алкоголя можно купить только пиво на первом этаже), неприветливый персонал в лобби
