“ Nice and very helpfull staff, Clean & quiet room. We had visited Cosmonaut only for few hours, but impression is good.Standard copmared to european or us 4-stars hotels. I belive it's the best hotel in Karagandy. ”

Nice and very helpfull staff, Clean & quiet room. We had visited Cosmonaut only for few hours, but impression is good.Standard copmared to european or us 4-stars hotels. I belive it's the best hotel in Karagandy. Failure open the window at room, but a/c work properly.

International Satellite tv. Swipe cards for doors very unreliable. Staff member entered my room whilst I was in shower, which is completely unacceptable.

Обслуживание персонала, интерьер номера, комплект средств в номере, кабинка душа, расположение в зеленой зоне (деревья) , Цена стандарта завышена, не многие компании выделяют такой бюджет. Не понравилось, что пришлось платить отдельно за глажку платья.

Отличный отель. Теплый просторный номер. Большие окна. Хороший напор воды в душе(это всегда проблема многих отелей). Хороший ассортимент минибара. Хороший завтрак. Вежливый персонал. Качественные hotel ammenities. Неплохая скорость интернета. Приемлемые цены в ресторане и баре. Понравилась специальная комната для курения,чтобы не выходить в мороз на улицу. Без GPS отель найти трудно. Цена за номер не особо устроила.

отличный сервис, качество. давно пора поменять или выбросить электронные ключи карточки, по собственному опыту - мне пришлось 15 минут стоять у двери и пытаться открыть дверь. Собственнику давно пора подумать о замене !!!
