Sergei (the manager) was very helpful and prompt in replying to emails and in transporting us to/from the airport (this is an additional fee). We really enjoyed talking to him as well. The location is fabulous, right next to Panfilov Park. The bed was a foam mattress and was not comfortable. The pillows were also not good and there were not enough for the four of us. The kitchen needs more supplies such as additional forks and spoons (there wasn't enough for 4 people) as well as a sharp knife for cutting. These "little things" could easily be fixed and would make the apartment much more comfortable and user-friendly.

We liked the prompt service by the centre manager. The fact that we didn't have any hot water, or the promised slippers or bathroom toiletries. Also the bedding was very sub standard. The pillows were atrocious and the blankets were thread bare.

I'd recommending getting a brighter light installed especially right after entering from the outside.

Price is fair and location is really good. The apartments are a 2-room flat, with good set of facilities. The rooms are clean, not ideally but quite acceptable. Please note - make a phone call to hotel stuff at least 1 hour before your arrival. They reside in the office in other place and need some time to go to the these apartments and give you the key. Internet didn't work at the evenings due to issues with ISP

Space and everything worked. Ability to wash clothes was very much appreciated. Very central location on eastern side of Panfilov Park. Owner/manager very friendly and helpful and surprisingly good English. Would be very happy to stay there my next visit to Almaty. Privacy is good. You need cell phone to contact manager as there is no one physically on site. Alternatively you could prearrange a specific time to get the keys. (Manager comes quickly 10 - 15 minutes after call). No signage on street (adress is correct and easy to find on uphill side of Park Towers - San Francisco Cafe makes a convenient waiting spot.

месторасположение квартира неопрятная, постельное белье и принадлежности - ниже всякой критики. посуда отмыта плохо. К нашему выезду никто не приехал за ключами, мы, как ответственные люди, оставили их в почтовом ящике.

Jag har bott i en lägenhet som ligger i hörnet mellan Zheltoksan/ Zhybek Zholy. Det är mycket MÖRK och SMUTSIG lägenhet!!! Badrummet och köket kräver STOR STÄDNING! Mycket oljud av passerade hela tiden billar. Det kändes att man var ute på gatan men inte inne i lägenheten. I have lived in an apartment that is located in the corner between Zheltoksan / Zhybek Zholy. It is very DARK and DIRTY apartment! The bathroom and the kitchen requires LARGE CLEANING! Much of the noise from street.

Excellent location just next to the green bazaar, safe, well equipped. We appreciated to have a washing machine as well. Sergey (the owner/operator) is very friendly and helpful. Telephone with free landline calls to Almaty area is available.

Всё, что было обещано при бронировании, в комнате оказалось. Фотографии полностью соответствовали реалиям. Персонал старался изо всех сил. Ну а Wi-Fi - просто вишенка на торте!

Apartment director: Sergey is very friendly & helpful. Aircon unit was faulty & he got it fixed & even came hself to supervise although it's a Sunday. Bedsprings old, need replacement. Need to keep windows closed most of the time die to loud noise from traffic nearby & mosqiitos. But in general, we enjoyed our stay very much.
