Месторасположение. Если передвигаться ногами, можно спокойно до ночи приехать на муниципальном транспорте за 60 KZT. - Кошмар, а не номер. Кровати разбиты на 150%, т.е. просто сломаны посередине и скрипят так, что страшно дышать - В номерах ужасно прокурено. Иногда складывается впечатление, что дым идёт посредством вентиляции, дышать невозможно, особо при температуре за бортом -30 - Слышимость в номерах такова, что иногда не понимаешь - соседний ли это номер или твой... - Персонал сдаёт номера чуть ли не по часам, соответственно, было полное ощущение что в соседнем номере была компания с девушками лёгкого поведения - На стойке регистрации почему-то требуют оставить в залог паспорт (!), что для иностранца абсолютно неприемлемо и ново. Любой сотрудник полиции в Казахстане может остановить и потребовать документы, ему же не объяснишь, что паспорт в залоге (!) отеля. Однако, проблема чудесным образом решается копией паспорта, впрочем, как и должно быть - Первый раз отель очень сложно найти пешком: ни вывесок с улицы, ни каких-либо указателей, лишь имея отдалённое представление в географии места поможет его найти. После проблем не возникало сквозным проходом через дворы, как в старом советском прошлом

единственное, что что можно отметить хорошего в этом отеле - это вежливый персонал не понравилось: 1. Местоположение данного отеля не знают даже таксисты и не хотят туда ехать даже по вызову, я выбирала отель за то, что он находиться в 5 минутах езды от ж/д вокзала, неправда, местоположение в глуши жилого сектора, куда трудно подъехать. 2.Сразу бросается в глаза - это грязь. Грязь везде: ковры в коридорах пыльные и затоптанные, в номере шторы грязные, стены в ванной в пятнах, белье пришлось просить заменить сразу, оно было в пятнах и ДЫРКАХ!!!-принесли чистое и целое. 3. Кровать скрипучая и просится на свалку однозначно, снизу сломана перекладина, поэтому спать приходилась не шевелясь, чтоб не разбудить себя скрипом. 4.Звукоизоляции практически нет, ночью слышно, как скрипят другие кровати в номерах, и кашляют посетители,утром можно слушать разговоры обслуживающего персонала, если знаете язык. 5. Завтракать приходить надо с запасом времени, так как сильно там не торопятся обслуживать, вечером приезжая в отель не забывайте прикупить мин. воды или сок, так как заказать в номер я смогла только чай, ничего больше в баре отеля не было.

Номер чистый, запахов нет Ресепшен не знал пароль от Wifi; Завтрак уже кончился в 9:20; Кровать скрипучая и вогнутая;
