Comfortable, friendly staff, cozy, great location (right next to the city!) The only thing is that the bed is a bit uncomfortable, but it's quite minor!

The hostel is located in the new city centre of Astana. The atmosphere was great, staff and guests were really friendy.

THe Hostel is relatively cheap. Despite all disadvantages I've got what I needed: 8 hours sleep between two flights. I took me only 30 mins by regular bus from an Astana airport to reach this hostel. -It was hard to find the hostel. There were no clear explanation in the Internet. The hostel is located in apartaments at 5th floor of typical building. The outside door was closed and I have been waiting on the street until some people occasionnally opened the door. -Phone number of the hostel was switched off so I was unable to call hostel staff to confirm my stay, to clear the hostel location or to ask to open the door. There were no any staff in the hostel and other guests helped me to enter, -The temperature in a bathroom was too low to have a shower -Internet was switched off (however I saw wi-fi router so probably they will fix it)

Das Hostel befindet sich in einer Superlage, gleich neben dem neuen Zentrum Astanas. Das Personal bzw. der Hosteldirekter (ein dynamischer 25-jähriger Kasache) waren freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung in den Schlafräumen ist zwar eher rudimentär, dafür haben alle Hostelbewohner Zugang zu einem großen, gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum plus Küche, wo es gern mal gesellig zugeht. Jedoch wird generell aufeinander Rücksicht genommen. Das erste Hostel Astanas ist also definitiv einen Besuch wert! Das Nomad Hostel ist zu Beginn nicht unbedingt leicht zu finden. Die Telefonnummer sollte zur Hand sein.

Das Teil ist überhaupt nicht angeschrieben. Haben 2 Stunden nach dem Hauseingang gesucht. Vielleicht sollte man auch den Türcode und das Stockwerk mal aktualisieren. Außdem gibt es keine 2-Bett-Zimmer sondern nur Schlafsaal.
