The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good. The location is good and the room very spacious. The waste paper basket baskets were not emptied every day and the bed sagged.

Very helpful staff. Even though their English was not very good, thry did their best to help. For instance there was only one wall socket in the room, so if I wanted to plug something in, I had to unplug the tv. I complained about this and the next day, they put in a socket extension set for me. Lack of English (or indeed any western European languages) channels on the tv. There was about 60 channels, all in Kazakh or Russian. My room was not made up on one of the four days I stayed. Difficult location to find, even the local txi drivers struggled to locate it.

очень уютно, чисто. приветливо отношение персонала. несколько портит впечатление местами потертая мебель, царапины на дверях. но это не влияет на качество проживания.

уютный отель с комфортными номерами в тихом центре астаны, своя парковка, очень вежливый, отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал, шеф - повар выше всяких похвал - все было приготовлено вкусно и по-домашнему! все очень понравилось! приезжали в астану в мае на интернациональную выставку собак "ишимские зори". если соберемся еще раз приехать в этот чудесный город - обязательно выберем этот отель! кроме всего прочего - отличное соотношение цена-качество. нам все понравилось!!! с уважением и благодарностью к хозяину и персоналу отеля, ирина, николай и кадебенок кори

Maksoimme vain puolet yhden yön hinnasta, lentomme oli niin aikaisin aamulla että jouduimme lähtemään kentällä 04.30. Tästä ei ollut etukäteen puhetta, joten asia tuli mukavana yllätyksenä. Seinät paperia, kaikki kuului läpi. Hotelli ilmeisesti myös tuntihotellikäytössä käytävillä liikkuvien ihmisten habituksesta ja äänistä päätellen. Sijanti huono, kaukana sekä uudesta että vanhasta keskustasta eikä hotellin lähellä ole ravintoloita tms. palveluita. Aamiainen harvinaisen huono, Suihkussa ei painetta nimeksikään, myös kuuma vesi ajoittain katkolla. Jos et puhu venäjää, olet kykenemätön keskustelemaan respan kanssa.
