1)I arrived at the hotel at 6 am but I did't have a breakfast. 2) very noisy and too early to clean the rooms, do not get enough sleep

Breakfast is very abundant, and from some rooms there's a nice view to the park and mountains. Wifi was quite good

Reception staff is extremely slow, can't recommend any restaurants in the city, room is very small, and sometimes absense of the hot water

Entirely adequate overall, if one is used to higher-end post-Soviet hotels. Good breakfast buffet in an interesting yurt-shaped restaurant/dining room, comfortable bed with good-quality linen. Front desk staff efficient. Reasonable (I.E. not total rip-off, but not brilliant either) price for taxi to airport (kt3000) booked at front desk. Good location right over the road from Panfilov Park. Wifi worked well.

No kettle or tea/coffee provided in room. Lock on door not overly sturdy. Room near to bar on second floor, so got a fair amount of passing noise.

The 24hr checking policy, if you check in after 17hrs. You have the room booking for 24hrs basis.

Rooms could be improved for decor looks a little dated. Improve satellite channels and wireless service in room. Business centre printer did not work well.

The buffet breakfast was good.

The representative of the hotel didn't reply to my inquiry about my hotel pick-up on time. I was already up in the air when she replied. When I finally got to the airport and opened my email, l was surprised to find out that their hotel pick up fare was outrageously expensive for Almaty standards, so I had to call the hotel and told the representative that I would not pay such a ridiculous hotel pick up and negotiated a price that was reasonable.

The hotel is well located at the city center. The breakfast was ok. The room was clean.

Two hotel's bars were closed for 2 days. The door of the room didn't look reliable.

Although there was nothing spectacular, all told, it is the best value for staying in the city of Almaty.

A very structured, inflexible hotel, if you want to make changes. It advertises no smoking, but there is an ash tray in the room, and a very small lingering smell of smoke: this does not bother me, but if it bothers you, you might want to reconsider.

Breakfast is bad

Located right across from Panfilov park and a block from the Metro, it makes getting around Almaty very easy. The rooms are clean and chambermaids are helpful and efficient.

Front desk were rude, rooms were small. Credit card cannot be used. Was asked for pin number and they would use card as cash withdrawal not credit.

Good location, in the center of Almaty

Rooms in very bad condition. No hot water in bath. A/C very noisy, dirty beds, dirty bathroom. In general very negative experience.

Friendly Staff

Hotel was a bit dark at night, not many lights on around the hallways.

Clean, comfortable room with good a/C. Lavish breakfast buffet. Good hotel services, very helpful staff, free internet.

I liked the friendly staff, good interior design, seismic stability, nice exterior view, quiet environment and so on.

Nothing really just a bit of soviet history still like old days. Food was horrible, service was old soviet style scary, unwelcoming specifically conceirges.

Центровое местоположение. Девушки на ресепшне очень приветливые и охотно помогают получить информацию о городе. Обильный завтрак.

Всего одна подушка, и та довольно худосочная. Ванная комната неудобная, тесная, душ не крепится как следует, напор горячей воды слабый.
