Convenient, pleasant location on the river and next to a beautiful pedestrian bridge across to a park. Hardest beds I ever slept in. Poor quality towels. Open shower that allows water to spray onto the bathroom floor. Extremely loud bathroom faucet. Single beds only, forcing this loving couple to require staff to put the beds together. The place is more like a bed and breakfast, with only a few rooms.

Excellent location on riverside next to footbridge to city park. City center, most sights within walking distance. Friendly staff and reasonably priced given that Astana is very expensive.

Отель отлично расположен, на берегу реки в красивом районе Астаны. Рядом городской пляж, много ресторанов в соседних высотках, отличный ирландский паб. Отель небольшой, отличный завтрак, который для вас готовит повар. Персонал очень приветлив, wi fi, минибар. Никаких нареканий.

Очень удачное место расположения, красивейший вид из окна на набережную. В отель очень тихо и спокойно. Внимательный обслуживающий персонал. Широкий ассортимент блюд шведского стола на завтраке.

The river view beside the hotel is really nice The location of the hotel is convince to the center in Astana Credit card cannot be used to pay the fee of accommodation . It is required to cash. Only one staff can speak English Some documents are required to sign but which written in Kazakhstan language .It is no English version . The staff is not really friendly at the end. The room isn't be cleaned every day.

A small intimate hotel. My concern is the price: hotels.com quoted a price which was 20$ a day more expensive than the prices quoted at the front desk. I was asked to pay the higher price. ????
