Service was really good. I must also say only good words about lunch in "Atilla" restaurant. WiFi internet in the room was not 100% of the time perfect.. Hope it will be fixed..

Good sized room with all the facilities you would expect to have in a four star hotel. Staff are indifferent to the guests and never look as if they enjoy their work. Language skills are in need of improvement. Food is not up to expected western standards

Friendly staff, basic brekfast and allowed late check out until 5pm Will stay there again. Especially if I can secure the preferential rate of Te12k/night

в принципе отель неплохой,уютные номера, скоростной Wi-Fi,жил на втором этаже, поэтому номер достался теплым и тихим. на четыре звезды особо не тянет,на этажах нет диспенсера, чтобы пользоваться кипятком,в номер чайник не дали.по прибытию не было в номере моющихся принадлежностей,но по просьбе сразу принесли.в ресторане кухня ужасная,официанты сами не разбираются в итальянской кухне,но между тем завтрак был на высоте.

Данный отель могу охарактиризовать как отличный. Обалденный завтрак, особенно амлет с беконом и сыром. Чистые номера, достаточно быстрый безлимитный интернет (1,5 Мб вх.), приличный интернет и чисто итальянская душевые принадлежности. Это кратко, но я думаю основные качества для небольшого города с небольшим выбором приличных отелей. Цена - качество, это слова которые полностью соответсвуют данной гостинице. The hotel is a standard business hotel with a normal service level. The staff is correct, though not as service-minded as you would expect from a four star business hotel.
